They have a beautiful ambiance once you walk in and step up to the counter and order what you must. Whether it is a frappe, breve, macchiato, cappuccino or some other coffee, they have it. Very friendly service with a little bit of a wait time upon ordering inside. Unless of course you are in a bit of a hurry, they have a drive-thru for customers. Very excellent coffee and I recommend to all the coffee lovers of this county.

I rarely give any reviews that sound too bad, but my 1st experience at City brew in Casper was not positive.
I asked for a coffee Americano, (Americano made with coffee and espresso) with a few cream and sugar. The drink was so weak, that I'm convinced it was partly tea. I also got zero sugar or cream. It was so tremendously hot, I couldn't drink any for a while. Thus I was already back in my hotel before I discovered the disaster that was my drink. I do NOT reccomend this establishment.

Excellent service and great coffees. They have more sugar free options than most places do. I also love the discount they give to teachers and civil servants. Highly recommended.

Sat in the drive thru for about 15 min with 2 cars in front of me. I thought those people had big orders until I got to the window and realized they were all just taking inside to each other. I watched a guy make my drink, set it next to the window while the lady that ran the drive thru had her back turned taking to her co-workers. When she returned to the window she spent a couple minutes letting my drink just sit there. I'd rather go to the walk in Starbucks than deal with that.

Just ordered the grizzly granita and it was garbage.. tasteless, bland, very off putting. Really gone down hill. Used to be my favorite drink. See y’all at Starbucks.

I hate giving bad ratings to service workers since I spent so many years working in the service industry myself. :( I’m all too familiar with what a thankless industry it is and how often people take out their irrelevant frustrations on the person serving them. However, this is either the THIRD or FOURTH time I have made a trip across town (mine was closed) to order at this City Brew only for them to have closed early. :( So sad when I’m trying to take one of my kids as a treat and then they’re disappointed. #FirstWorldProbs I tell ya! 😂 FYI- this SS was taken AFTER sitting at the screen to order for minutes. I’m unsure exactly how many ski won’t state that. Notice the time of my screenshot compared to their stated closing time?

Superb coffee including the availability of French presses, all for less than $2 for French press.

Nice clean and spacious store. We were able to sit and enjoy free WiFi and some breakfast pastries.

Good coffee options and non coffee options. Not too expensive either

Nice outdoor patio so I could bring my dog, I had already had coffee, but I purchased a skinny sandwich, which was pretty tasty! Nice customer service.

The service here has really gone downhill this past year. Ordered two drinks today and had to throw them out. Makes me sad, used to be my go to coffee shop.
