Krispy Kreme

We stopped in here in the afternoon for a quick snack. There were only 2 people ordering in front of us but the wait took forever to be able to order. The staff working the ordering counter were moving way too slow for the amount of people in line behind us. The store is very small inside with minimal seating. All the donuts we wanted were available and once we did order they had them ready quickly. All the donuts we ordered tasted good. Prices were a little high for a half dozen. Next time will definitely just order the dozen because the price difference was minimal.

Since a main walk in store in downtown Savannah closed, this is the nearest option to the airport that those of us traveling to non Krispy Kreme Land (New England) can hit before flying home.

It’s okay.

While there is a large doughnut selection, they are not warm, the coffee is weak, and the tables and floors need to be cleaned more frequently. Since the store is in a Tangor Outlets mall, it doubtless receives a lot of traffic…but that’s not an excuse to let the store look far older than it is.

The donuts are good, though.

At 11:10, the doors were locked. While I was looking through the window, two women showed up carrying leftovers from their breakfast. They unlocked the doors, and I followed them in. After they went behind the counter, I ordered a cup of coffee. The first woman said, "we won't be doing coffee today". As I started to leave, I heard the other woman say. "I made some earlier".

Maybe it's time for a Dunkin at this outlet.

Donuts for good. Staff couldn't be bothered to hang up with the person she was on the phone with. Had it hooked under a bra so everybody heard the conversation and got the order wrong twice. I'll go to the one in Savannah next time

Just went to the store at 10:30am. Cashier said she could only serve drinks. She said her people had not come in yet. There were cases of donuts ready to sell. We were the only customer. Disappointed.

Don't know her name but the female working behind the counter tonight 1/16/2023 @7pm was RUDE!
First, my daughter (13) goes to give her 4 bucks for donut holes and she was so impatient and rude vibes while waiting for her to get the money out. Then she gives her change and walks away without giving her the receipt. (The paper was over a foot long. Literally!) It was almost hanging off the counter so I grabbed it and she flipped on me and out how I didn't need to reach over the counter and I explained I didn't. She then was starting to get loud with me so of course I get loud back and tell her I see she was in a mood and she starts yelling about how COVID is still out and all 🙄🙄 This was after she grabbed the money from my child, touched her AGAIN to give her change and THEN USED no gloves to get donuts! & You mad at me for getting a receipt that was hanging off the counter.
Krispy Kreme, I know times are hard and you need help running your business but how about no hiring someone so ignorant and rude. Btw, She was the same one at Christmas time that was rude telling customers there wasn't no glazed and out of others as well.. Girl, if you read this, get a job that makes you happy. Cause this isn't it and it shows. I'mma pray for you ♥️

Bought in the store, and this is what I've got.. (you can see it's at least 1+day old..!) I'm throwing this straight to trash now. + just claimed on their website for a full refund, will see how they respond and troubleshoot the matter..

If you actually want what you bought online and I suggest Crumbl Cookies. Management needs to be changed. This Krispy Creme is poorly ran. It wouldn't be shocking if it closed soon because of poor customer service / satisfaction.

Got chocolate was very good. Donuts go without saying. One employee working the whole thing by himself. God attitude, polite, efficient. Line to the door. Manager sitting in back not helping. Guess who should be the manager?

This is the 4th or 5th time I have visited this Krispy Kreme at Tanger Mall in Pooler, Georgia. I have not ONCE had a welcoming or good experience with the staff at this store. They look up from their phones and make me feel like they are doing the customer(me) a favor by just being there to wait on me. RUDE, OBNOXIOUS work staff. If they do not like working with people they should go find another job where they interact with just a laptop or phone. WORST customer service at Tanger Outlet Krispy Kreme yet! What a shame since the donuts are actually appealing to people and are made fresh. Go Dunkin Donuts!!
