Krispy Kreme

Waited until we ordered to tell us they were out each donut we decided to order, instead of telling us which donuts were ready. Aidian, this cashier l didn’t seem happy to be at work. There were not even any glazed ready and were Luke warm when handed to us.

Once the orders were made they were fast at getting them to the customers.

My doughnut wasn't as fresh as it would have been at the individual store with the "hot" flashing sign.

This location is ok as for the freshness of the doughnuts. However, the customer service is always so below average, the staff act as if you are bothering them:( I just avoid this location and go to the cookie shop instead.

A Staff member got upset with me because i ordered hot donuts and she mixed my hot donuts with the sprinkled donuts and I ask her to separate them so the icing wouldn't melt on the sprinkled donuts and she rudely threw all of them in separate bags. I will not be going there again.

I went to Krispy Kreme growing up and now that I recently moved back to the south I was excited to stop in and have an OG original glazed donut. The sign on the establishment says "Served Hot" and unfortunately the donut was cold as if it had been in the refrigerator. I am assuming this place does not make their own donuts and that they have the donuts are shipped in from some other Krispy Kreme store.

CS was not the best. Donuts warmed for the feel of fresh KK hot donut. Not sold on that idea. The attendants where more worried about their friends stopping by than taking care of customers.

The young lady at the counter was not friendly, did not smile, acted like she could care less we were there. The store was dingy and dull. The donut display did look good though. But it sure isn't like it used to be.

Not much to share.... Its hard to catch them open during normal donut buying hours. I'm sorry it's a fundamental fact that the donut operator's shouldn't be starting work at the same time all the bankers, lawyer's, and office personnel. Whatever I'm going to the skidaway rd location. 5 stars for them

The best donuts around (imo). I've have actually crossed all 3 lanes of traffic to get there when the hot sign is on. They're super fast and the donuts have always been delicious. If you've never had one you're missing out!

Love the doughnuts but the hot sign in the window was a trick🤔. Under staffed
