Krispy Kreme

It was my first time visiting the new shopping outlet in Pooler, Georgia. But boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. This place should be called a mall not an outlet. It has everything clothes shoppe, furniture, restaurants, bar, etc. That just names a few, you have to see for yourself.

The hot krispy kreme light was on and was given cold donuts when asked if I could get hot donuts I was told to wait 20 minutes I could see if they was busy but they had no customers

Excellent service I went in at 9am walked out at 908am with 6-dozen donuts for my coworkers this morning, it's a Friday morning they have every donut imaginable and the employees there were great I was hesitant on going to this location after reading bad reviews online but I'm glad I did because this location is very clean because the employees care and because they keep it looking good and service was faster than McDonald's. I am not the typical person to write a review on a business however after reading the reviews they got online I wanted to express my true experience so others will not be afraid to visit this location

I normally only go here at night and the people who work there at night are very friendly. However, I went there this morning for the first time and the woman behind the counter who I have never seen before, looks at my husband and I with a scowl on her face and says “we haven’t gotten our doughnuts delivered yet” and when I said “I’m not here for doughnuts” she sighed in disappointment like she wanted us to just leave. I don’t know what her name was but she was a younger white woman with blonde hair. It seemed as if she wanted us to just leave and thought that them not having doughnuts yet would get her out of having to do anything for us. There was another person there with her who was a lot friendlier and made our drinks for us. I’ll just stick with going at night from now on.

NEVER go to this location if you want FRESH doughnuts. The doughnuts are old and re-warmed in a rotating rack oven. If you want crispy old doughnuts with no glaze, this is your place!!!

Don't make the doughnuts here, but the perk is that you can get any doughnut warmed. Ooh yeah except for any of the allergy doughnut (peanut)! And that I think is very considerate of others with that sensitivity, customer service here is very good and friendly beyond what you would expect!

I give it 5 stars for one reason,I've ate there for as long as I've been alive. This by far is the smallest Krispy Kreme I've ever seen but I guess this the only spot they could get without having to build a stand alone store. This place isn't for let's go meet with a party of 12 maybe 2-4. From talking to the employees they are supposed to get bigger and I hope so cuz they don't show how they are made.I think it's a bad location because the times I've been there, the place is always empty. I just found out that they don't make there doughnuts here so in my opinion this should be called Krispy Kreme Express. Now this places is like any other convenience store that sells doughnuts. So this place in my opinion is not a fresh doghnut store.

Delicious and great customer service!

The staff didn't seem to care much about there jobs or taking care of the customers.

I just left the store, the costumer service was bad and bad. Lines out the door and finally It was almost empty of donuts.
