How you get the order wrong on 3 donuts? Then instead of getting the donut the cashier just reached in the drawer gave the money back and turned her back and walked away. Worst experience I've ever had at a Krispy Kreme.

Free Saint Patrick Day donut was great and fresh!

I have been placing my orders on the Krispy Kreme App for at least 12 visits now. My order is always ready. And the staff has always been very helpful and friendly to me!!
Keep up the great work Pooler Tanger Outlet Krispy Kreme staff!!!!

Terrible customer service. My mother had a few questions about the selection offered and lady ringing up the order made it seem like we were wasting her time. Not welcoming or polite. Donuts were fantastic!

Can’t even get glazed doughnuts because the employees so busy taking them home!!!

Sign on door says open at 10am doors locked lights off. can clearly see employees in the back. At this point it’s 10:15am no one addressed me or said anything. My plans wore to take donuts to my employees but before I be late myself I decided to leave.

Hot sign never on donuts always old & hard needs a new crew 🤦🏾‍♀️

What a joke. I specifically called before driving 30 minutes out of our to stop here to make sure they had fresh donuts (which they said they did). The girl at the register had a nasty attitude to begin with and then proceeded to tell us they don't have any original donuts. If she had at least been nice we would have still purchased something but she was a complete tool.

They said they open at 10 got there shortly after for the lady there to tell me they are not open yet and they will open when she's ready... real hateful and rolled her eyes

Management really is failing this location. A popular breakfast destination that doesn’t open until just before lunchtime.
