Krispy Kreme

I had to laugh, they had at least 25 different donuts displayed. Turns out that they only had a couple flavors available to sell. We still got the wrong donuts. Not a big problem, it's Krispy Kreme; it's all good.

In spite of having no help whatsoever, our hostess handled a huge Veteran's Day rush and served every one of us with a smile! Salute.

The people behind the counter need to be trained in there people skills. You ask a price and all three employees try to talk at one time. I have had better donuts at Walmart . This place is terrible. Avoid this place .

Went an hour before closing and they did not have almost anything, just glazed donuts and not even a frappe… Some of the customers were not happy about it including me. I can understand about the donuts but not even a frappe? Weird to me since a frappe is made at the moment you order it.

First time at this location. Representatives were a little not into their job but they spoke when spoken to. They were not mean or rude. They were just not happy. Of the six donuts we purchased only two were hot. It is not a large store and really not worth the money. When you purchase something like this you expect hot, ready (especially when the light is on) and yummy. That is not what we received. Our kids were a tad bit disappointed. I do not blame them. I will not go back.

Cane in today to get my pick up order and man they are rude ! Got here and came inside ( they open at 10) Got told to back up and give them a minute they were not ready? . Not my problem you didn't get here till the store was supposed to be open! How about good morning? Will be with you as soon as we can! I will not be coming back here ! They need to be retrained! Customers are why you have a job? You sell doughnuts. It's not rocket science!

I am disabled. Had to park and walk a good distance to inside alley of shopping mall. Although there was handicap parking it was like walking 1/2 a football field. Service barely spoke a word. Girl who filled order never spoke. Donuts were good tho.

Maybe 4 types of donuts available... they didn't even have glazed.

I am not satisfied with the staff here. Has racist behavior

When the Freah and Hot sign is on big and bright, I expect FRESH hot originals but instead we got ... reheated ones! They were good because its Krispy Kreme(they always good) but dang!!!!!
