Krispy Kreme

Wasn't too thrilled with them durning my last visit. However it was Black Friday so things was insane. They may should work on a better system during such busy times. The assistant manager was very nice and helpful.

The doughnuts are not good at the tanger outlet location. They don’t make them there. It’s basically like getting Krispy Kreme at a gas station so their not fresh. And the coffee was disgusting. And when I went they didn’t have glazed. That’s what they’re famous for. How were they out of glazed. And we had to wait in line a really long time and be told this. We got chocolate cream filled and it was disgusting when at other locations they are very good. I will never go there again. It is a sad excuse of a Krispy Kreme. I will just go to Savannah.

The service was fine. The product however was 18 dollars for 11 donuts that are half the size of donuts from other places. It was Sunday and the product definitely wasn't as fresh as it could be

I was expecting really great Donuts but all I got was good Donuts maybe I came at the wrong time but the donuts were not hot fresh and delicious which is what I'm used to from Krispy Kreme I'll try again sometime maybe it'll be better

As is often the case with non-factory stores, they were sold out of many donuts, including the titular glazed original, and what was available was old and stale. Granted, this was an hour before closing, but they were still open. I avoid non-factory stores whenever possible, and this was a perfect example of why I do that. Even when they do have the glazed, the process for reheating and glazing them makes them taste way different from fresh. Your milage may vary, but Krispy Kreme has turned from a craving killer into a disappointment more often than not for me. Service? Oh, that was worse than the donuts.

Just got some donuts from the pooler location in Tanger. There is a line all the way outside, but the servers are doing their best to serve everyone in a timely manner. Most customers have a lot of questions, so they are slowing things down even more. Just be prepared for a long wait if you visit this location, but as usual Krispy Kreme is worth it!

Terrible customer service. Don't know why these girls go to work if they don't want to work with people, go find another job! Not a greeting,not a word at all, they just stare at you waiting on you to order then they don't have anything you want. I walked away which is what they wanted. Never going back to this store.

I simply walked by this place today. Didn't go in but I still give it 5 stars. In heaven there will be plain glazed hot fresh now donuts to float around on!

No smiles, 1 of the 2 tables had crumbs all over it and the floor was nasty. It looked as if it hadn't been swept all day. The donuts are always delicious though.

I will neva go to krispy kreme again. I went here for the buy one get one free dozen glazed donuts. The lady couldn't find me in the system for my rewards. She finally found me and I told her I also wanted to add on a cheesecake dounut. The order then came to 11 dollars and some change. I paid with my card amd got the receipt. I disnt look at the receipt until I hot home. I called KK immediately to let them know the lady charged me 20.09. She asked if I could come up there. I said yes. As I was getting in my car, KK called and said I wasnt a reward member and I didn't qualify for the buy one get one free. I completed the survey and asked fot a call to be returned. That call should have taken place in 3 days. KK have yet to call me. I will buy any dounuts going further from Dunkin Dounuts
