Krispy Kreme

Tiny shop in the midst of a huge outlet center. Lines out the door and out of most products by the time we reached the counter. To be fair it was Spring break and several folks ahead of us walked out with stacked "dozen" boxes.

This is my 2nd time buying donuts from here. The first time my family and I got hard and stale tasting donuts. I had never tasted a disgusting donut until then. I chose not to go back and let them know because I was ready to head home. I do believe in having bad days so I decided to try them again. Today, the Hot sign was on and the donuts were hot on the outside and room temp on the inside (a little doughy tasting). So I won’t be back to this location again.

The donuts from this store are usually of convenience store age and quality. When they run any kind of sale, this location runs out of donuts. Don't waste your time. If you're at the outlet, there are plenty of better places to get a sweet tooth fix.

I've always been a huge fan of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, definitely a fav. This one was super clean and had excellent service. Not to mention the complimentary coffee, which was my first time having, and was also pretty good. Dare I say almost as good as Starbucks, either way it was a good experience. Great work.

Be aware that this is just a retail shop - they do NOT bake the donuts on site, they are trucked in from Savannah. This is why the store isn't open at the crack of dawn like the bakery sites. However, Krispy Kreme donuts are very tasty, better than Dunkin, in my opinion. Perfect for when you have a sweet tooth.

No donuts (display only) no lattes…why don’t you put a sign of what you DO have? Krispy Kreme joining the rest of the lazy bunch.

It's Sunday morning, it shows they open at 9:30. Our family and a fairly large group of people are standing out front and it is now 8:52. There are 3 employees inside setting out donuts at a very slow pace. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Very frustrating especially in the cold with 2 young children who are looking forward to donuts.

Doughnuts are always yummy. This location actually had the specialty doughnuts that looked like the pics. Most of the other look terrible despite how good they taste. They also had several kinds to choose from.

missing half my order and the doughnuts were undercooked

Pretty disgusting. They aren't made fresh, but just reheated. They are nasty. Hardly any glaze, because it's melted as it is reheated, so it is still sweet, but tastes awful. Too bad I couldn't get my money back, I bought three doughnuts. I bit into one and then threw it away.
