Donuts were hot and fresh. The young lady working the drive thru window, not so much. Maybe she was have a bad day, regardless she needs to take her attitude down a notch and not take it out on her customers

It was 9:51 pm, on Wednesday. Google says you don't close until 10 pm. I drove by the drive thru for 2 donuts, but you were apparently decided to close early and left the lights on. Another red car in front of me was also disappointed and turned away because Krispy Kreme workers decide their own closing hours...

Drive thru staff was rude and got the order ALL wrong..overcharged and required 5 staff members to refund the overpayment and get our order corrected. Still messed up the box of donuts (not what we ordered) and omitted the sugar in the iced coffee..felt like it was an intentional PAYBACK for our complaint!! Won't EVER go to another Krispy Kreme!!!

Very slow and yes I can be understaffed like the rest of America but the staff are definitely in no rush and this location is managed poorly.

Went for the mixed berries donuts and I got the jellied filled. The filling was great but I didn't care for that stuff they had in top. Would have been better if they were glazed instead.

Never fails. Will not be back, had hot light on, and went and ordered a dozen doughnuts and she handed them to us and they were cold, and we asked are there not hot doughnuts? And she said we keep them moving, and I said these aren’t even warm they’re ice cold and she rolled her eyes and closed the window on us, and wouldn’t come back, so we left very disappointed, if the doughnuts aren’t hot or you’re not going to give our hot and fresh doughnuts then cut the hot light off.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I ordered a dozen glazed! Upon opening my box, I got 4 glazed, 4 chocolate and 4 chocolate with sprinkles. They were cold and tasted old. I threw them away. I filed a complaint online to Krispy Kreme and got results. They offered me one free donut of my choice. This store has been going down for sometime and based on the reviews, I am just one of many complaints. Whoever owns this store does not care. They are ruining the name of Krispy Kreme and the corporate office doesn’t care either. What an insult their response was! I will never go back and warn you also about going there. If their service is so poor, imagine how they cleanliness of this store could be!

Also witnessed a customer take donuts to their car, then return the donuts, manager placed them back onto the shelf.

The true southern doughnut, best consumed warm.
Sadly, on this trip the glaze curtain was not working so I chose to pass on warm, but unglazed treats.
I ALWAYS go in due to circumstances like this.
It is these product delivery issues that cost a star, not the doughnuts!
