The line was super long. Halfway through I decided to go in. I get to the door and it's locked and it says drive-thru only please. Needless to say I didn't get Krispy Kreme. This happens often.

Please don’t waste your time in this crazy long line. It would be faster to tell you what they have left, than to tell you everything that they are out of. Don’t count on ever getting seasonal donuts, as they don’t make them. Every single time we go or call, they say they are out. Pretty sure they just don’t make them. The drive through workers are always very rude and act like you should know what they are out of.

It is always a joy to visit this great donut Vatican. Watching the donuts go through the conveyor never tires. The boys always get the paper hats. The donuts themselves are soft, warm, and addictive.

A dozen glaze donuts cost 15$.The manger sold them to me for 23$ !!!!!!! Poor service and bad management . 15$ for the place and 8$ for his pocket !!!!!!!

This location has gone downhill recently. Ordering takes too long, customer service isn’t that great since employees are on their phones, and I haven’t seen the hot sign on in 12 months. Reading other very similar comments so not sure why ownership doesn’t want to make things better. Doughnuts taste similar to the ones you would be from the grocery store…

Recently visited this location and had a bad experience. The lady at the drive through speaker was very unpleasant and the guy at the window was just as bad. I don't know if it's hard to find good employees or what's the problem, but there is no excuse for poor customer service.
