Krispy Kreme

This has become the absolute worst Krispy Kreme location. Service was terrible and the donuts were stale. The last 3 trips there, the cream filled donuts had ZERO cream!!!
The last and final visit we ordered the Spring Minis.
First, they didn't give us the right number of each mini.
Second, there was NO CREAM in these supposedly cream filled donuts.
Third, the employee was completely disinterested in taking my order... She rushed me and kept going to the register before my order was even completed.
The employee was more interested in giving free donuts to the customer behind me than helping me!!!
NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Came to get doughnuts for a store meeting and Mark offered a pleasant experience. Great customer service and had a smile throughout our encounter. Doughnuts were hot off the line. What more can you ask for?

We aren’t able to get by Krispy Kreme that often because we live in Jemison. This was always my favorite location. Now the service and doughnuts are terrible. We’ve been by twice in the last month. Each time, the only employees didn’t care what we ordered and seem to act like we were interrupting their day. And I honestly don’t think they are even aware of the difference in the doughnuts. On both orders the only thing that was correct was the glazed. Original Kreme filled both times turned into something COMPLETELY different, and not what we wanted at all. I grew up with Krispy Kreme and they were always a treat. I guess I’ll have to buy doughnuts at Walmart and Publix from now on, because at least I know what I get there and they aren’t nearly as expensive, especially when I pay for what I DO NOT receive! HORRIBLE service and stale doughnuts!!!!!!

We called to put in a puck up order they picked up the phone and just sit the phone down. We could hear the talking and laughing. No one asked what we wanted. We hung up and called back. They picked up the phone and just hung it up. So I called back off of a different number and non one picked up at all. So I call this very poor customer service. I had to give it a one star should be zero.

I recently drove through here to get doughnuts on a very busy evening. We waited a long time, as the queue was quite long. The staff were so polite and efficient, though, and it's not their fault that upper management doesn't hire enough workers when they know how much everyone loves the product.

Good people work here, and I hope leadership knows how valuable they are. Not many can remain gracious when confronted with the hangry public, but the staff here does.

The local shop is not temporarily closed. The one on HWY 280 is permanently closed. All signs removed and building for sale

We’re always disappointed for one reason or another when we come here. The wait is most likely way longer than it should be, the workers are very short and never apologetic for anything, they’re always out of something, the glaze and chocolate has only been half applied on multiple occasions, crème donuts have no crème, they never have specialty seasonal/holiday donuts even though they’re perfectly pictured and advertised on their drive through menu to entice and excite your kids with while they’re waiting 20 minutes in the drive through… I could go on. But alas, it’s the only Krispy Kreme around and the kids get tired of Shipleys over time (Shipleys get 99% of our donut buying business just for the lack of service received here over the last few years). This place used to be great. Now it’s not and embarrassing when you visit other Krispy Kreme’s that value great customer service.

Best donuts around , kind and respectful staff.

We used to love Krispy Kreme, but lately they have very few varieties, what random filled doughnuts they will have, have very little filling in them. Dinnertime they're stale, you never see the hot sign on anymore. And it's not just me, everyone I've talked to says the same thing. I've gone back several times but it's always bad, I would return if they could get their act together, but until then I'll be going to Donut Joe's in Pelham.
