Placed an online order and we’re told we were going to need to wait 20 minutes for our dozen. Drove there in the snow and we were only told when we got there that 8/12 of our box was sold out before we had placed the order. They did not let us know that it was sold out and they were rude about it when I asked if there were any other options. I got offered a refund which is why it is 2 stars but I am disappointed.

Every time I come in, I love seeing the leadership in action and the manager patiently and orderly instructing the employees. The doughnuts are always amazing. :)

Two comments though: I wish they offered powered sugar doughnuts (as the website has) because I much prefer the less sweet options the company has. Additionally, I came one day to study and was there three hours and many employees came to sweep and wipe down tables and yet...the floors were never clean. There were still crumbs under tables. Maybe a quick damp mop would go a long way towards overall appearance.

I am so disappointed and upset. I ordered my halloween donuts in advance. When I went to pick them up I only received 2 kinds out of an assortment for halloween. The donuts were missing eyes and were smudged and looked like they were made in a rush. I love this place but I am not real happy with this $37.50 purchase. If you are able to order ahead and I did I feel my order should have been perfect not just receiving frankenstein and dracula.

Haven’t been to a Krispy Kreme in over a year... at this store it was 20 minutes only to be served by a gal with an attitude, and for one of the 3 donuts we ordered to be out of stock. When I asked what it could be replaced by she pondered for a moment and proceeded to tell me she didn’t know while shrugging it off. She then came back to say it could be substituted for a Kreme filled and I conceded. To top it all off, the donuts were nice and cold 👌🏼 Hands down the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to.

Worth DA Hustle

It’s 6:30 in the morning and all Donuts were left from previous night and ALL COLD with only a few selections of filling donuts. And they wonder why staff only get paid 8 dollars. They don’t do no work

Went thru the drive thru one evening, ordered half a dozen glazed and gave the girl my card as I saw my donuts being placed on the counter. The girl gave me back my card, closed the drive thru window and walked away, having me still wait on the donuts that were sitting on the counter. She came back a few minutes later, asking me if I had paid. Seriously? Can’t remember that I had already paid on a simple order and you walked away from me as if you were finished? Pretty sad customer service!

The employee working the drive thru was all but professional. Handed us a box that wasn’t our order and before we could respond she shut the window and walked off with our money. When she returned we informed her it wasn’t our order and again she walked off and shut the window. Finally she returned with our order and before we could tell her she forgot our drink, she YET AGAIN shut the window and walked off. No apologies for the wrong order or the inconvenience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They need to hire more mature personnel who actually value their customers. Host name on the receipt is Pinder.

Disappointed :( hot sign was on but donut was cold, custard filled was smaller than expected with little custard inside, caramel mocha latte was cool(supposed to be hot) and had no whipped cream/drizzle...I've definitely had better just from a visit to Kroger down the road. I was so excited too! :(

We went there early morning, there were 3 people waiting for their order and nobody on the counter. We waited 7 minutes in front of the counter, with a couple of employees looking at us without adressing the need for wait. What looked like manager saw us waiting and waiting and did nothing. Both of the other employees seems they have never done the job before and were working at astonishingly slow pace. A long line formed behind us. We just left after we were ignored for 7 minutes. The management of this branch has to go.

Eight Ball

When this doughnut shoppe first opened, it was fantastic. The employees were extremely kind and delivered exceptional service and products. However, I used the drive-thru these last couple of times, and on both occasions my order was wrong. The employee at the drive-thru wasn't great, However, one employee (Bobbie) was fantastic! Quickly resolved the issue and kindly explained the situation.
