When I’m in the area, that my ‘Go To’ place for coffee.
Great coffee (many different options), pastries, sandwiches and more.
The place is inviting, the atmosphere is great and the service is amazing.
I highly recommend this place and looking forward to the next time I’m in the area.

What a nice, fancy coffee shop! Love it. I’m in from San Antonio, and needed some caffeine for the drive home. …stumbled upon this place…wish I had more time to kick back on my laptop and stay a while. I would enjoy hanging out here. This iced latte tastes great! …but a little pricey. Staff is nice and friendly. Thanks!

Why 3 stars when the metrics are otherwise 4 stars ?
Because, yes, everything was pretty good (hence the four stars), but the coffee itself was only okay.
Specifically, my Americano was watery two mornings in a row.
However, the pistachio muffin were excellent...but I go to a coffee shop for, you know, coffee.

Minuti Coffee was a quiet space to study or get work done. It got 4 stars though because the wifi was spotty unfortunately. Friendly staff.

When I do go to a coffee shop this is in my top 2 picks in the BCS area. High quality coffee and hot chocolate, as well as a wide tea selection available on its own or in a latte for those looking to cut back on their caffeine. My favorite is a green tea latte with coconut milk and lavender or if you're looking for a tasty but strong wakeup call their godfather espresso shot.
If you're feeling snackish I enjoy their chicken salad on a croissant- and I'm pretty picky about chicken salad. Their gelato is good too!
Don't be intimidated by the Italian menu, the staff is friendly and happy to explain what everything is or help you pronounce it 😉
They also have wifi so it's a great spot to get 3 or 4 hours of work in.

Great house coffee, breakfast tacos, and breakfast burrito. Affordable pricing. Serene music. Convenient parking. Cool air in this Texas heat. Oatmeal is reported as delicious. No-brainer, reliable coffee house. Grazie!

Upon entering the Minuti coffee shop, the peaceful ambiance immediately caught my attention. Soft lighting and cozy seating arrangements made for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The choice of music was perfect - it wasn't too loud, and the playlist featured a nice mix of mellow tunes that blended seamlessly with the calm environment.
The decor was tastefully done, with a rustic theme that added to the cozy ambiance. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who greeted me with warm smiles and promptly took my order. The menu offered a wide selection of beverages, but I was drawn to their caramel macchiato. It was the perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy caramel, with just the right amount of sweetness. The flavor was smooth and consistent, and I thoroughly enjoyed every sip.
The attention to detail in the presentation of the drink was impressive, with the frothy milk and caramel sauce artfully layered to create a visually appealing and appetizing drink. The flavor was perfectly balanced, and I could tell that the barista had put a lot of care and expertise into preparing my drink.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this coffee shop. The peaceful ambiance, choice of music, decor, customer service, and delicious flavors all combined to create an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable coffee experience.
I had a good time while waiting for my coffee. I am glad Minuti has a shop in Bryan College Station. Keep up the good work guys!

The ac was out and the staff didn’t know how to turn it on (not really their fault. Just poorly managed). My sandwich was supposed to come with veggies and mustard (as it is on the menu) but it came out just meat and cheese on two pieces of bread. Wasn’t even properly made because the cheese wasn’t melted and practically still cold. When I asked about it the staff said that’s how it comes but on the menu it gave a detailed description about tomato, mustard and lettuce.

Visited this shop while in CS for work. I'm always searching for coffee shops to work out of. I was disappointed here. I actually went to Panera to get a baked good and to get some work done, but the Panera Wifi was down so I went to Minuti next door. It's a sleek cafe, boasting good italian coffee.
I ordered a pistachio muffin and an iced americano and asked about the wifi. Clerk said the password is printed on the receipts. I grabbed a table and they brought my drink and muffin. The muffin was a typical pistachio muffin, exactly what I expected. I do not get the idea that they bake the items there, but maybe they do.
I proceeded to sign into the wifi but had trouble. A saw a gal flag the staff member who was wiping tables and ask about the wifi. The server said, "yeah, the wifi never really works." Disappointed. I went in with the sole purpose of coffee and wifi. If they told me this when I ordered, I would not have stayed. Please get your wifi fixed.

Minuti is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. In fact, I would give them 5 stars if they had working WiFi. The staff are great and the vibe is cool. The staff are always kind when others ask about their WiFi not working, yet their frustration is clearly shown on their face. Please upgrade your WiFi, so your customer’s can have a better overall experience and continue coming back.
