Would give 10 stars if I could! Bobbie, the manager, was so friendly and accomadating! It was my very first time at a Krispy Kreme and I was craving some donuts at 9pm. He graciously made me some fresh cinnamon sugar donuts, and made me feel welcome and valued! He let me sample different flavors to be sure I liked them before buying. I had such a wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you!☺

Worst. Krispy Kreme. Ever.
My family was so excited for this store to come to town, but it's been nothing but a constant let down. The sad thing is, I don't know if they're actually out of every dang donut, or if the employees are just too lazy to get the donuts we ask for. (Today's issue was the latter).
I think we've eaten our last College Station Krispy Kreme donut, I'd rather support a smaller shop that puts effort in having a variety of product and good customer service.

I have been to this location a handful of times now and I have never had a good experience. My first couple of times there was a horrendous line, okay service, and stale donuts.
i just went by today to get my roommates and I’s free covid vaccine donut. We went through the drive through and waited at the menu for a while, thinking maybe it was closed. Right before we pulled up, a man answered and we ordered our two donuts. We did not tell him at the menu that we were coming for our free ones, so when we pulled up to the window we told him about our cards and he said “You should have told me back at the speaker because it’s already in the system so you have to pay for it” His tone was very sassy and we felt like we were being accused of something because we didn’t know better. Then he said “I was able to use a coupon so you only have to pay for one” which stood out to us because it doesn’t make sense that he wouldn’t be able to change the order before tendering and instead it just sounds like he was trying to make life harder for everyone involved.
Overall, I remembered why I never go to this location and don’t plan on coming back.

We love Krispy Kreme and when we moved to College Station were excited that one would be opening soon. We took our 3 kids to the Grand Opening and were not disappointed. It was super busy as we expected but everyone was friendly and working hard to serve the customers. We just went back a few days ago and the great service and donuts continues.

Horrible customer service. Everything seemed to be broken there. We will not return there. So far the only good Krispy Kreme is in Austin.

Haven't had a Krispy Kreme donut since I was 6 or 7. The glazed ones were really good. I got some creme/custard ones as well and the outside was a but tough, like they were sitting out for a while. It was super packed inside as well. My advice would be to go in the morning/afternoon when everything is super fresh.

I have been to many Krispy Kreme in this country and I love them. This location however has disappointed me on several occasions. Employees are not happy with their jobs, as you can tell by the attitude and the atmosphere. I have never gotten donuts I wanted from this location. Always had to settle for second choices or third choices. No matter of the sign is lit up or not, donuts are never hot. I’m sorry to say that I will not be back to this location. Shipleys has earned my respect in this town. Good luck to you Krispy Kreme in Aggieland. You’ll need it if you keep this service up.

We bought 2 medium coffees which were $3 dollars n some change a piece. We bought a dozen doughnuts n our bill was over $20 dollars. The doughnuts were cold n this was about 920 am. Not happy.

Totally got my order wrong and overcharged me today I ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 Apple fritters for my cousin. Get to his house, no apple fritters only 2 cinnamon rolls. So I paid double for 2 undercooked raw cinnamon rolls.
