Krispy Kreme

I worked here for a couple of months as a donut maker before quitting. The reason I had to leave Is because I morally could not serve that food. There are large quantities of bugs in the flour. Not just in the back room but living in the flour itself. The bugs in the flour are not weevils but In the weevil family and eat, live, and poop In the flour. When alerting the management of the infestation they would tell me I'm not doing my job and to just make the donuts.or ignore me. Bobby the manger was horrible and yelled at his employees multiple times a week. I cannot express how bad this location is. Please save your money.

Every time I go here, the employees are pleasant and nice. Just now, I went, and the employees gave me and my girlfriend free, hot doughnuts. I am no doughnut connoisseur, but I always love some Krispy Kreme, dunno what the bad reviews are about honestly.

The donuts were amazing. The problem was with the people running the drive through. Not only did it take forever, but the people on the mic were extremely rude and it was like pulling teeth just to order something that wasn't as easy as "dozen glazed". The girl kept sighing and acting like I killed her first born because I had the audacity to want a few chocolate donuts as well as a few glazed. I was excited for Krispy Kreme to come to College Station, but after 2 trips there, I'm afraid I'll have to steer clear. Shame, really.

I have gone to Krispy Kreme for years. In Philly, that is.Where they know what they are doing. BTW Austin never has HOT donuts, either. Last Saturday I went to the Bryan one. Stood in line forever...... the clerk started to hand us cold glazed donuts! Say what? Why? Finally got HOT glazed, which is the "go to" reason for KK. However, I am a fan of chocolate frosted creme filled rolls. So, I ordered 2. Imagine my disappointment when I get home (10 miles away) to get custard filled. Yuck (to me)! Soooo, this morning 4/30 at 9am we stop to get my creme filled. They were not busy. No lines, parking lot had maybe 4 cars. They had no glazed donuts! None HOT. None COLD. They had no chocolate frosted creme filled! No conveyor belt moving. Nothing baking. About 5-7 employees standing around in back while one person iced a roll. Whoever the manager is needs their, well, something needs kicked!

They are busy all hours of operation. Didn't go.inside as they just opened less than a week so I did drive thru. The menu is so BIG but at least its.lit up so, you might want to bring your shades even at night time to be able see the menu w/o going blind....I ordered but didn't get what I ordered, a little disappointed but prices are high to.me. the wait wasn't long. Seemed a clean parking lot well lit like I said.

Really disappointed in this Krispy Kreme they hardy ever have hot donuts it's always about 40 min until we have them however every other Krispy Kreme on the app has hot donuts available. Idk if it's mis managed or something else. But I wouldn't be surprised if this one closes soon because this isn't just this time it's multiple visits.

Customer service needs a overhaul. None of the people were friendly. Even at checkout the girl at the register kept playing with her phone. No hi or thank you. Just rang us up while playing with her phone. If you dont enjoy working there then find another job. Doughnuts weren't good either. Didnt taste the same compared to other Krispy Kreme locations I've been too. Least at shipleys the staff are friendly. Not gonna waste my time here again.

Walk in not order at drive thru! That's a wait and you can't hear well. Need to get better devices or just how drive thru was the rain was hard for both of us to hear. A car in front of us used there own umbrella but, we didn't bring ours. So that definitely made it harder.

Poor management. Employees obviously understaffed.. and it shows in the customer service and store atmosphere.
Also, no free donut when the hot donut sign is on.. is it even really a Krispy Kreme anymore?

Definitely NOT like the donut shop I remember from my childhood.

Nobody greeted me when I walked in... 3 employees standing right in front of me. Donuts looked horrible, glaze breaking down, all chocolate was different shades - some thick some runny. Paid, employee handed me my receipt and walked away. OH... and manager walks in and starts barking at orders at everybody with no mask on for about 5 minutes. You can tell why this place is such a dump.
