Krispy Kreme

Just ordered a 6pk of glazed donuts literally 20 minutes and asked for them to be fresh. They weren’t hot at all so we asked her to warm them up. They were slightly warmer and when we tasted them, they definitely weren’t fresh. I simply asked for fresh donuts. But it was an issue to get that. I only like them fresh, otherwise what’s the point of paying $6.99 for stale donuts.

They are actually not open at 6 a.m. as posted on the door :/ people were waiting in the drive through, so I knocked on the window and drove around several times at 6:12 a.m. Finally someone opened the door and said they couldn’t sell donuts. Things happen and that’s understandable, but it would be considerate to at least post a sign at the drive through window so people would not sit there waiting.

The food was amazing and the customer service was great. I love their coffee it's a must try! 10/10 experience

The lady at the shop is very unfriendly. She doesn’t greet or smile, ever. Moreover she overcharged me for ‘sprinkled’ donuts because ‘some people charge for it and some just dont’. I thought assorted variety included the sprinkled donuts which I have always availed. I’ve been to a lot of Krispy Kreme branches but this is a first. To top it off, the donuts were stale.
I miss the other gentleman from a few years back who always had a smile on his face and always greeted but I don’t find him here anymore and his absence along with this lady’s attitude always ends up making my visit unpleasant.
Avoid going to this branch if possible.

Drove all the way from Trinity just to find out the machine was broken down. Bought a few filled donuts that the girl told us were made that morning. I've had Krispy Kreme, those we're NOT made that morning. 😥 First Krispy Kreme I've ever had that made me appreciate my little home town donut shops.

I have never in my LIFE received such terrible customer service. I have been here a few times and the Black (especially) and Hispanic ladies are the RUDEST. I’ll ask simple questions and they will cut me off before I even answer. They will catch attitudes and if you do drive through, you’ll have to get out of your car for them to come back to the window. They lock the door at least 20 minutes before closing!!! Also, it will be 5:00 in the afternoon and they will have NOTHING that you want!!!! Pls fire these ladies or someone will end up going to corporate. My kids do not deserve to see this!!!!

Donuts were fresh, warm and ready. I loved coming to this Krispy Kreme location in College Station, TX. I definitely recommend it here!!!!

I don't eat their donuts but I love their cinnamon rolls with my coffee or hot chocolate in the morning. I have to be at work at 8am and I usually go by Krispy Kreme between 7am -715am and for the last month they have not had any cinnamon rolls. I am not sure what's going on so I called and they told me that they don't make them until after 8am and they only make about a dozen. Now what I don't understand is why other items are done and not the cinnamon rolls.......not happy at all about this, so I have decided not to go anymore. yes I am sad and hurt :(

It should be a moral obligation that businesses have their hours correct on google. Disappointment isn’t the right word to convey how I feel about driving up half an hour before closing only to find out that they actually closed half an hour ago. How hard is it to get on google and correct your hours? Surely it takes the same about of time as it does to change hours on the door using a SHARPIE. Add this to the fact that the hot light is NEVER on when the app says it is and you’ve got yourself a winning location. Stick to Shipley’s and save yourself the trouble.
