Update Jan. 2019...I have been going now for a little over two years. The team is great. Products are consistently fresh.

From first week in 2016: All I want are some doughnuts. This location has a great opportunity. I encourage the team (both management and otherwise) to increase attentiveness to customer orders and product availability

First time customer and the experience was awful, they were so rude it was ridiculous . They rushed my fiancé and I while we were trying to decide what we wanted. So we got out the drive thru to go in and place our order, however the door was blocked off and we were told we would have to order online. With the virus spreading rapidly the blocked door was expected. However if you’re going to close the dining room PLEASE give people time to decide what they would like to order for God sake. Also it would be great if they would clean up their attitudes.

Just went drive thru. Called in there before ordering @5:30. I asked since hot sign not on. Are the donuts hot? The gentleman answered yes they are. This is the worst visit I've encounter here. 2 of the donuts are from earlier. They was small and harder than the other ones.

My wife and kids went to the Krispy Kreme drive thru on Hacks Cross in the Memphis area between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on January 20th. Management should check the schedule, find who was working the drive-thru during this time, and fire her. She should not be working in customer service.

My wife asked for hot doughnuts. She was curtly told that the hot doughnut sign wasn't on. My wife asked if that meant there were no hot doughnuts. She was told no. After several seconds, the "gracious" employee offered that they were warm. My wife ordered one dozen doughnuts and was told to pull forward. Terrible attitude.

Once she reached the window, she was told (after the young woman stared at her for several seconds, presumably waiting for my wife to pay without knowing the price) that her order was $21. She assumed one dozen doughnuts were that price and paid.

She was handed two dozen doughnuts (without the woman speaking to her) My wife said she only ordered one dozen. The young woman slid one of the dozen doughnuts toward her (without speaking). My wife asked if she had been charged for two dozen. The young woman slid the second dozen back toward my wife (again, without speaking). My wife accepted the doughnuts and the woman closed the window with no "thank you" or "goodbye".

Krispy Kreme either needs to hire better or pay better. The product is too expensive to be greeted with such a horrible attitude. We will never go to the Hacks Cross location again.

They were out of glazed. How can you be out of a staple? I had a coupon for a free dozen glazed and was not able to use it. This location is not near my home so I guess I might not ever be able to redeem. I got something else and they were ok but I really love the glazed

Do NOT come here! I asked for the graduation dozen they advertised that has 4 different flavors. Instead they gave me 12 glazed donuts. I told her, “This is NOT what you advertised.” She didn’t care. Lazy careless people that don’t care about their job or customers or anything. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Went through the drive-through. After we made our order we our order we were told it was cash only. The total was $6.45. The lady working was handed $7, She gave us our donut Box and then slammed the drive-through window Without even giving us change Back. Something sounded really fishy about a place that is cash only and doesn't hand out change

Donuts are good but their staff needs better customer service training. They're so dismissive and act like they're annoyed that they got a customer. And their selection is only of like 4 flavors and they are ALWAYS out of Donuts. You have to go down a list of guessing what they have available for order. Chocolate? ...."We're out! Strawberry? ...."We're out! Lemon? ...."We're out! Cinnamon Roll? ...."We're out! And when you finally just order glazed. They're usually old.
