Unbelievably slow service, you might want to pack a lunch if you plan on sitting in line for donuts because you're going to be there for a while.
No exaggeration, there was only three cars in front of us and it took almost 15 minutes from the time they asked for our order for us to get our order. I truly don't understand what took so long to get our order.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention we only ordered a dozen of original donuts, a medium coffee (2 creams and 3 sugar) and a large vanjlla latte. Because they forgot to put cream or suger in the coffee, we had to go back and walk up to drive through to get the condiments ( the lobby was closed drive-thru window is only option).

Donuts were good, both drinks were not, will definitely not return to this location.

Absolute amazing service and a nice staff as well. Definitely will be coming back.

This is what I got delivered to me today! I’ve ordered this like 5 times an this is not it! Why would you send this to anyone an when I went up there they had an attitude with me like I made them…. Never again this location is terrible!!!

Not even open. Hours on the door for Sunday day 6am-10pm and it was 9:30am when I went by. All doors locked,Nobody would come to the door even though there was workers in there. Nobody would answer drive thru. Great way to run a business.

I had high hopes for this place, the donuts were perfect, the coffee was ok, but the bathroom was what made me not want to go back based on the toilet seat looking like a yellow sprinkled donut, there was no toilet paper or paper towels which leaves me wondering if anyone there actually does wash their hands.
I can't trust any place with a dirty bathroom.

I would love to actually eat here because I haven’t in forever, I remember only good things, but they’re always closed.

Went to this location because my nieces love Krispy Kreme. When I came in, there was no line at all. Someone was cleaning counters and I just waited patiently since I was in no hurry. While I was ordering my assorted dozen, I felt like they just wanted me to hurry up and get out. I was looking to order a drink and they said they didn't have any drinks available. Felt like I was seen as being problematic... I didnt like that. Truly felt unwelcome. Lack of any type of friendliness.

I went to the store between 710-720am and the attendant told me thru the order speaker the store will be open about AN HOUR!!!
No explanation... is this the norm for this store? What KK opens AFTER 8M?

Best donuts. Tried a few local shops but no one gets the light batter down quite right like Krispy.

Just had to stop by Krispy Kreme’s for National Donut Day, for a free donut of my choice, Of course, I ended up buying a dozen😀😀
They were good!!! The rain 🌧 didn’t stop us!😊😁
