Levee Coffee & Creamery

We’ve been enjoying Levee creamery for several years. It’s a wonderful homemade feel good kind of place. And we really like the location. Our only complaint is that it can be a little over priced. We got to-go ice cream pints last night and really enjoyed it. All of their foods and coffees are delicious.

Ice cream is delicious. Very créame and rich. I love it and I will definitely come back. Staff were very nice. Good job guys. I have to take a picture of the just because the we so nice to me. And I hard to find nice people around here.

Their ice cream is really good. The one thing that I had to nitpick was the cone was very thin and fell apart easily and the it became a race to either brain freeze or dripping ice cream.
I chose brain freeze.

They have excellent selection of ice cream flavours. Sweet chai of mine is one of my fav. Their service is very prompt. One of the best spot to enjoy ice cream in Germantown.

Came here with my wife from out of town. Coffee was great and so were the muffins. The guys working were nice and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Wanted to update to say that the management followed up with us within a week went above and beyond and said they had held staff training and remedied the situation. We went back tonight and had a wonderful experience.

We popped in tonight at 8:40 and the ice cream was great but the employees complained when a family of three and then four people arrived after us. Also at 8:58 the employees walked around table by table and told us and three other families in the restaurant it was time to leave because they are closed. We like the ice cream but this is the second time we’ve popped in and been asked to leave before closing after spending $30+ on ice cream so from that aspect it was disappointing.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in Memphis for the past two years. I've gone here almost every single day to study or to get coursework done. The VERY cozy environment is always clean, workers are always incredibly nice and make me feel at home, and couldn't go wrong with some coffee and ice cream. Operating hours are incredibly reasonable. As a regular here, I highly recommend.

My husband and I came in to try this ice cream for the first time. There was one group ahead of us when we walked in. No one acknowledged us. Then when the group in front of us was finished, the workers went to the people that clearly came in after us. They didn’t ask if we needed help, and we were in the store for quite a while waiting on the group in front of us to finish. There’s no signage as to where the line started, but we are pretty noticeable individuals (POC)….so regardless, someone should have at least acknowledged us. It’s like we were invisible. Not sure what that was about. We will not be coming back, glad we didn’t spend our money here.

This is the coolest place for good ice-cream. This trendy-modern Hot Spot is a must pass through. For some tasty cream and smooth coffee. I take it that you can visit early mornings and late evenings. The place is super sharp inside floors tables/chairs and ceilings are new, fresh and clean. The ladies working this Monday night were super sweet. Smiles on friendly staff. We were able to taste flavors available that night. There are pre-package pints available as well. So I picked the waffle cone with the Tennessee Turtle and Pistachio. My son Vanilla Cotton Cream and Fruit Loop infusion and daughter-in-law the Grizz and Grind. Flavors were true to their name. I will return for the coffee and the expresso poured over the ice cream w/flavored syrup. “Affogato”
