The kids absolutely loved the ice cream. We all got the medium sized bowls because we didn't think the smalls would be enough, but they really pack A LOT of ice cream into those little bowls. It's definitely worth the money. We will be returning soon! 😊

Saturday evening I tried Levee Creamery for the first time. The night manager in the Collierville location was rude and condescending to me this evening. Her lack of customer service was a turn off. The saving grace for this place is that the young lady who serviced us was very nice & welcoming. Overall, the ice cream is okay. I enjoyed what I tried, but the portions sizes for the cups are small considering the cost. If the manager I came across this evening is removed I would consider trying this place again. Otherwise, the intrigue I had about this place from seeing it on Instagram was ruined by my experience this evening with the night manager.

This is the best coffee in Memphis. The staff is great and always incredibly helpful. I actually go at least once a week to get coffee with my daughter and the protein bites are AMAZING.

Protein bites are awesome. Great coffee and the best hand-made ice cream in town. Try the Oji brew if you like a strong caffeine jolt. The staff are friendly and the service is quick.

I dont like ice cream so thats my only issue. Took my kids and it was hard to find a flavor for my youngest. They are very gourmet flavors. If you arent afraid of new things definitely go. Service was great. Very friendly and sweet people working there. Place was immaculate. Very awesome business just not for me cause i hate sweets.

The Levee is my new favorite place for ice cream! Not only was the ice cream great, but Jenna and all the staff were friendly and gave top notch customer service! We will definitely visit again soon.

It's a awesome place in my opinion to go to take your mind off things, hangout with friends. It's atmosphere is very welcoming, home like. Coffee is great, and so is the ice cream. Id recommend it for a nice relaxing time or a hangout spot, and dates.

5-Stars for the ice cream. 3-Stars for the iced coffee (too watered down as they LITERALLY add water when making your beverage... I expect more when you have a huge iced coffee drip contraption on the counter).
The ice cream is all custom and have some really fun flavors... Like Fruit Loops, Banana, Jelly, Apple Pie, etc. etc. etc. Really really love the iced cream and I'll have to try the hot coffees in the future and report back.
