Help me to help you! If I'm buying a dozen original, why would you charge more for individual boxes. Its holiday time and sometimes people want to do nice things. So I gifted my team donuts this morning. Everyone sits in a different area. So I got individual boxes. YOU CHARGED ME $4 MORE THAN A DOZEN. The pricing and packaging strategies are NOT customer centered. THEY ARE FOR PROFIT . Hopefully this recognition will allow you to review your costs and pricing for customer centered business and keep people coming back. This is ridiculous!!!

I was disappointed to arrive at your store only to find that you had closed early. Your sign should have at least said “We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Soooo good when they are fresh and hot!! Love their other options too... really cute donut options.

I ordered the "SPRING" themed donut minis to be delivered to a friend. Service was fast but the donut decoration was very sloppy looking. I tried calling to talk to manager and the phone just rings. 👎🏼 Not worth what I paid. I was better off getting plain glazed, at least they look decent.

I mean, its a Krispy Kreme. I didn't realize the price of donuts had risen so much... $13 for a dozen regular glazed, wow. However, service was just fine & donuts are always delicious

Always good when the hot sign is on. That's the only time I go and with the krispy kreme app I get notifications when the hot sign has been turned on. I just get glazed donuts, but I'm sure everything else on the menu is good to eat.

They are good but they didn't have a good selection. All of the good ones were gone. No creme filled except the three shown in pic, chocolate, etc.

Had a doordash. Store was open. All doors was locked and no one ever came to the window. But I seen cooked doughnuts

Terrible customer service.

I went about 15 minutes after opening to get doughnuts for my students as a reward. The woman working the drive thru shouted at me about them not having doughnuts and did not even give me the option to wait on them (which I was very willing to do had it been offered). I was unable to fulfill my promise to my students because of this terrible experience.

This place should be shut down.

It’s your average Krispy Kreme, it has a drive through which is nice, but it’s missing one very important thing, military discounts. It speaks very badly of your establishment when you make an everyday decision to not give the people who keep you safe, a 10% discount. Every other Krispy Kreme that I have been too, including the one on base where I live, offer military discounts. The owner here needs to wake up and gain some appreciation for everyone who has served.
