Krispy Kreme

I DROVE FROM CORDOVA TO HACKS CROSS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE STARS IT HAD OVER THE REST. IVE BEEN EATING THESE DONUTS FOR 25 YEARS STARTING IN WHITEHAVEN. THE TASTE I KNEW & CRAVED HAS CHANGED. THEY’RE NOWHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS THEY WERE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Fresh doughnuts are always good!

It wasn't bad, the Donuts were awesome and the coffee was hot. The temperature of the coffee was perfect actually, compared to Starbuck lukewarm coffee. I mean don't get me wrong, Starbucks has excellent flavors when it comes to coffee but the temperature sucks. The only downside to this location is when they're getting ready to close. They tend to stop making coffee. So if you get to this location around 9:30-9:45pm they're going to say they don't have any more coffee. Or at least that's what they told me yesterday.

I ordered a mixed dozen. I wanted to split the payment, but the cashier didn't seem to understand what I said to him THREE times! So he called the manager so she could do a refund and she did the EXACT SAME THING after I told her what had happened. I told her thats not how I wanted to do it and she caught an attitude. Donuts were good but the workers sucked!

Donuts were good as always but the staff is horrible. The last few times I've went the drive thru workers had the worse attitude. Last night it was a girl named Deja working the drive thru and she was so rude and had her back turned towards the window the entire time. I wouldn't have anyone like that running my business. At this point you guys should just throw the entire staff away and start over because with an experience like I had yesterday I won't be back for awhile.

Donuts were hot off the line. They were good. Got my order wrong, but we enjoyed them any way. Personally, I think Krispy Kreme and Duncan Dounuts are a little high compared to what I pay at Kroger, but my team prefers these. So I get these instead. A happy team makes for happy customers.

The drive thru was packed but they were able to get through the line quickly and more importantly the order was accurate and delicious!

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. They melt in your mouth especially when they're freshly cooked and the light is on. On this particular visit, the light was off but I went on thru the drive thru anyway and I did not regret it. They were freshly made and still hot. Friendly service,, I love em....

Donuts was so hot I couldn't hardly eat them! Fast service and they was great as always!

I ordered online, and picked up in store. First I got a call from them that they weren't making the donuts I ordered, so I needed to pick something else. Then I go to pick them up and I order 2 1/2 dozen donuts, so I didn't notice until I was already at work that they left out some of my order. I also had one of the original glazed donuts, and it tasted like it was left over from the day before. I am highly disappointed. I LOVE Krispy Kreme better than any donut shop, but this was a terrible experience.
