Krispy Kreme

Donuts are great but service is always awful when I go. The girls always have a piss poor attitude and on top of that they didn’t give me the correct donuts which seems to be the result of laziness. I ask for 2 strawberry iced with sprinkles, 2 chocolate iced with sprinkles and the last 8 glazed. I received all glazed. How clear do I need to say it for you to get my order correct. I would let it fly if the girls were polite but they were nowhere near polite and need a lesson on customer service so no I’m not okay with this.

I came to Krispy Kreme to order a strawberry chiller because I seen it on the menu and the cashier was very rude & told me they don’t sell them .. she also said that they was only selling glaze donuts .. on a Saturday at 4:50pm ( I don’t recommend anyone to eat here they need better workers

Terrible services sometimes I’ll go this location when it’s supposed to be open and it’ll will randomly be locked. Today I went around 3 and they informed me and others nothing would be available until 5:00pm. I’m not even understanding why it’s open if you all are sitting there with nothing ?

Today was a very pleasant and helpful experience as soon as walked through the door. Staff was polite and full of energy. My order of 24 dozen donuts and 2 certificates was exactly what I ordered. Thank you for the Krispy Kreme experience. I'll be back soon.

They tried to over charge me. Had to get a ‘manager’ to give me the correct change back. The manager made me feel like she was doing me a FAVOR by charging me correctly. If there is an issue preventing you from charging me correctly, I should not be the one held accountable. That’s a YOU problem, not a ME problem.

The staff were great. I was able to get my beautiful Valentine's doughnuts. I am so happy!😍

Just was a bit annoyed to find that they were only taking cash, so I had to go to Family Dollar to get cash and get back in the drive thru. The doughnuts were fine.

Drive thru is long... I usually order via drive-thru but today, I ordered inside and noticed the employees are not wearing hair nets. They were wearing hats but loose hair exposed without hair nets or tied in a bun. I don't think I want someone with loose hair handling my Krispy Kreme donuts as they roll down the belt. It should be policy in all Krispy Kreme. Other Krispy Kreme I've visited have their hair worn in a hair bun with hair net under their cap. Otherwise, donuts were still yummy after careful examination of all donuts free of hair.

Very nice location. Was passing by on my way to a friend's house. Thought about I had some coupons so I bought 2 dozen and took them to the friend's house. Clean inside and out. Donuts were fresh and hot.

All I can say is I just love them Krispy Kreme Donuts and it also quick because you can go through the Drive- through
