BIGGBY COFFEE

There is no consistency with your drinks. I am a faithful everyday biggby drinker and it’s sad each day the same drink changes. And waiting over 20 minutes for a coffee is a bit ridiculous. I love it when the coffee is right, but it seems the wait and coffee are getting worse and worse!!

Not my favorite Biggby that I've been too but they are pretty good. Much better than the one on Kalamazoo Ave. Very nice workers every time I've gone

The girls working here the morning after the 4th of July were wonderful and super friendly. Put a smile on my face. The coffee was great, too!

Bad management. The manager is awful. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Was charged twice for there mistake. It wasn't until I got home I found out one of my drinks was incorrect and when I came back to ask if they could replace it they said I'd have to buy another one. What was odd too was that the first person I talked to (a lady) was replaced with a guy after i mentioned the mistake.

The biggby staff is rude to business around them. We get our dogs nail cut at the grooming corner. The customers park so it is hard to get in and out. The manager threw a construction cone at her business. Come on biggby!

My recent experiences with the Jenison Biggby's over the past several months have always been good. While I may not be a regular stopping by every day -- but every day I've been there, the staff has been courteous, prompt, friendly, and accurate.

This is a nice Biggby. The drive thru is good and the employees are friendly. Sometimes the wait for a black coffee is quite long, but overall its a nice place to grab a cup of coffee.

When I didn't know what to get, I gave them a general idea of "Chocolate Coffee" and they gave me a delicious treaat! Good free wifi, charged up my devices while relaxing on comfortable lounge chairs.

It would be nice if the baristas could ask if customers have a biggby card before instructing us to process our payment. The last two times I've come to this location, the barista has told me to swipe my payment, only for me to find out it is then too late to scan my biggby card to gain points.
I used to always be asked if I had a card right after ordering, which made the order of checkout very clearly "order-biggby card-pay." Being asked to pay without being asked for my card first leaves me feeling a little unsure as to whether or not procedures have been changed and what I am supposed to do.
