A fun place just to sit and relax š love the atmosphere and the service is outstanding. Family friendly and my little girl loves the food and coffee āļø š thanks for all you do your staff is awesome š if I could give 10 stars I would have a wonderful 2023 big B.

I love BiggyBy... just had a more disappointing experience this time as our order was wrong and we waited forever. It was just my mom and I and we came inside the biggby no one else was inside and it looked like there wasn't much of a line in the drive through.
We ordered and I was very adamant to have Oat Milk and half the amount of sugar squirts (you guys use a godly amount of sugar)
We waited for 20 minutes or more for our drink as the girls only attended the window. Once we got our drinks they weren't even hot and had regular milk and very sweet.
Sad because we are on a long road trip with no coffee now

I give up on this location. And you'll be better off going next door to Panera or across the street to Starbucks.
It's on my commute in the mornings and my sister and I stop for coffee occasionally. Every time, it is an excessive wait time, like 15 minutes to make both our lattes with no one in front of us.
And it's not just on one occasion, it's almost every time we choose to stop here. Other things that need improvement include a better mic and speaker when ordering, staff that pays attention when you order but then questions what you just told them (probably related to the prior mention), and an overall urgency for those in the drive thru.
This location needs a lesson from Starbucks on how to efficiently make drinks to get people in and out of line quickly; that's the bottom line.
I will say, I have complained about drinks being made incorrectly (lattes missing the espresso entirely, tea lattes made without milk, etc.) and the owner was really apologetic and has sent gift cards in the mail but it's just not worth the headache.

Ordered food from doordash from this place everything was handled unsafely, drinks were uncovered and opened, and food wasn't sealed. Very concerning. Be weary when ordering from here when using a food delivery app. As they seem to not care if your food is handled safely. Order elsewhere!

I was there about 40 minutes ago, and I ordered a coffee, a hot chocolate and a build your own bagel. I waited a little bit in line even though I was the first one, and they gave me a coupon, but my bagel was made completely wrong almost where I thought it wasnāt even my bagel.. I paid extra for mine tooā¦.. I tried calling numerous of times, but no one would pick up the phone or it sounded like someone would hang up after it would ring for a period of time. Iām not really happy with my bagel and I want to go back and get it exchanged. But I canāt if they donāt answer their phoneā¦.

Lively drive through in Standale. Staff is very cheerful, always polite. Coffee is served the way I want, and the baked goods are delicious.

Everywhere is short staffed. We get it. Instead of trapping people in your drive through maybe put a sign at the beginning of it saying thereās a 10-15 minute wait. Instead, I waited for 10 minutes to get to the order window only for you to tell me there is a 10-15 minute wait. People have places to be in the morning thatās why we go to drive through instead of sitting in the cafe leisurely sipping on a drink.

I have been to this Bigby many times and the wait time is always extremely long (even when no one is in line), my order is made wrong at least 50% of the time, and twice now they have served me a black, charred sandwich. Horrible service and quality!!

Please install a new speaker so you can get orders correct. Thatās the 3rd time in a row they messed up our order. The long term investment might save you from losing customersā¦ whoever manages this location needs help.

Went during normal business hours. The front door was locked, no sign, no nothing. Employees inside just pretended I wasnāt there and continued serving the drive through. If this location is drive through only it needs to appear as such and be clearly marked.
