Literally I never thought in these type of places. But the service is definitely worthy of raises. I feel bad cause I was in a rush and didn't tip.
The girl at the drive thru window was a genuine peach. Beyond nice and friendly.
This locations owers should be very proud of the staff at Henry st.
Definitely making the apple store look bad.

This location is great! The staff is friendly and have great energy. This location is clean and has a nice vibe to it. They have a good selection and have specialty drinks. They offer frozen, hot, and iced options. They also have a small selection of baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. The coffee shop also has a small merchandise selection of travel mugs, etc. They also have a nice seating area for those who want to just have a coffee and hang out. The best part is free shot Friday!

Ordered two hot drinks. When received, there was no cardboard ring around the cups. Needless to say the cups were nearly too hot to hold. When we asked for the cup holders, the employee said “I’m sorry, the holders are all the way in the back of the store and we are too busy for me to go get them.” I work hospitality food service and didn’t think this was handled correctly. There was two other cars in the drive through and maybe 3 customers inside, but 4+ employees. Maybe there was an unseen circumstance, but burning our hands when shopping was not pleasant.

Was not really welcoming. Service was so so and was not happy with item I purchased. Since it was first time visit I did not feel welcomed. Do not plan on going back. Starbuck I am on my way. Sorry Biggby Coffee I did not have a good experience. Maybe another time someday. Hope others get better experiences.
