I get a regular coffee with a shot of espresso everytime I go here. It's always hot and fresh! This location is really busy most times, so expect to wait for a few minutes. I definitely recommend this location!!

Went to this location as it is a holiday and we were out grabbing things, should’ve stuck with any other BIGGBY in Lansing. Waited 15-20 minutes in line and Had a coupon that is accepted at 11 other BIGGBY locations and was told it isn’t the right location as he snarkily rattled off the address. Paid the almost $16 for 2 drinks and kept the $10 tip I was going to give the guy. They have the exact same coupon on their Facebook so it’s not like it was that deep to tell us to use theirs or accept the one we had. I will go out of my way before I return to this location.

Went to Biggby and had such a lovely experience in the drive through with a man named Ethan. He recommended me a super frozen mocha mocha extra flavor with an extra shot, topped with sprinkles and chocolate chip garnish. He also said I should get a shot of zip! It was so good! I definitely recommend that order if you’re ever in the area.

Biggby's is THEE BEST!!! Hands down!!! Thee intense coffee taste....I just Can't get enough of it!! Unlike #Starbucks which cost a fortune and is NOT even close to finishing with #Mybiggby's. Don't come for the Realist neither. Peace and Biggby's!!!

I ordered 2 things...a bagel and coffee...first didn't have what I originally wanted, ok it happens...next ordered a Latte with no whipped cream....sure enough what do I get WHIPPED CREAM ON IT. By this time I have to work in 10 min and do not have time for them to "scrape it off" as the girl suggested....needless to say my daughter got a great Latte bcuz for my health I cannot consume whipped cream

Love Biggby coffee! A little expensive but you can almost always find coupons. The bragels are yummy as well. Staff here are super friendly and coffee comes out fast!

HUGE shout out to the afternoon crew today (4-25-22) We love this location due to the amazing customer service. I have to special order some of my stuff and they always get it right -- today, there was a mistake and they caught it at the window! Totally worth the few extra minutes to have what I need!
