Normal BIGGBY but not online or call in ordering I have Hate any place on 2021 that is not up to date with technology. So without online ordering all call in I attempt to go before work wait in line to finally be served and they are all out of the product I want after wasting 20 mins of my life when Panera and all
Other coffee shops including Starbucks have online ordering options. Tho is enough to make me save the 7$ I spend a day at BIGGBY and take my money to a company more customer friendly.

If I could I would leave a zero I would not be coming back into this location ever again the services was terrible as soon as we walk in I hear the employees saying that I wish customers would stop coming in mind you me and my mom where the only ones in the store at the time I don’t want to make it a race thing but as soon as a person that is not of color walks in all their attitudes change and they helped them right away and they don’t not use gloves or wash their hands when making bagels I would never come back.

I recently moved to the area, and this location is so close to me. So I was excited about that, because I love coffee and lattes. However I have had nothing but negative experiences. And I have given it a handful of chances. Mostly when I get the lattes, they are cold in the middle. I even returned one at one time letting them know that it was cold in the middle, so they ended up giving me the largest size possible, which I didn't really want but I understood the the gesture. So that one was even colder inside. And I do order a hot latte. I always have to ask for one of the sleeves, when they give me a hot drink. The cup is hot, but often the very inside is cold, but I would think that asking for a sleeve is not necessary, they should automatically put one on. Also, the place runs really slow, I once had some time to spare and I ended up waiting in line 15 minutes, only behind 2 cars, ultimately I left before even placing an order in the Drive-Thru, as did 2 cars behind me. The last time I went there, I ordered a latte, and it was so water down and just tasted awful. Won't be returning. Just seems like a very illegitimate coffee-shop considering how poorly they make their drinks. Would much rather make the drive to Starbucks.

This review is for the location at the point on Saginaw and Oakland only. I usually order iced coffee with a very small amount of cream and they have sometimes put in too much. The last time they also put in a nasty added flavor. Edited after being contacted.
Can be a little inconsistent, but they did reach out after an email and did their best to try and resolve the issue. The employees are always very nice even when very busy. I do like this location, mostly because of the friendly staff.

Only 3 of the staff ive dealt with in the last year have been 'pleasant'. It was decent service in the beginning if i was getting a normal mocha. Recently, at another lansing location, I ordered what the latte of the day was and it became my new favorite go to. Ive tried to order it at this location a couple of times to use up the coupons they've given me. It is different every time I order it and its never what it should be. Normally they end up giving me a mocha instead of what I ordered and just shrug it off and tell me to have a good day if i say something. Today i ordered the same thing giving them 1 more chance with my last coupon but today I received some type of drink with hazelnut in it. While I'm not allergic, I can not stand the taste of hazelnut and wasted $6. Will not be back now that the coupons are used up.

This isn’t usually my place to go but lately there has been some rude people there, so I will not be returning. My birthday was today and I had a free drink, I guess I might have done it wrong or something but the lady was extremely rude and had no patience for me to pull it up on my phone or fix it and had to tell me my total 3-4 times instead of waiting...sorry but biggby is not that good for a 6$-7$ drink without coupons... screw the chick there for being a total b**** to me about it and also on my birthday. What a let down to a loyal customer. I will choose to find a different location now.

The manager Angela is rude to employees. Sophia is a rude coworker. Staff is not friendly and this place should hire all new people. Disrespecting coworkers in front of costumers at the window. Hopefully the owner knows how this place runs. Shame on them.

The staff at this location is amazing! They are always so up beat and happy, they know your order before you even place it! :-) I love this location and I don't enjoy going to any other location as much as I do this one. Way to go!
