I went to this Biggby this morning. The lady at the window was really rude didn't say please and thank you or have a nice day. She look like she just got out of bed her hair was a mess. You might want to have a talk with some of the people who run your window because they weren't very nice and she definitely was not very nice

Come here for my coffee all the time Wednesday is bogo or get 3 dollar's off when I get to the window ask the girl about the three dollars off she said they only do bogo so I ask if I get my free drink she said only order it didn't ask which one I wanted didn't give me it guess they have no problem ripping people off

We handed the girl a gift card and then $20 dollars. She gave the card back and said there’s 2 points on it. Gave it back to her saying it was a gift card. And then our order was completely messed up as well.
