Service was beyond slow, staff had no hustle in them, casually drinking their own drinks while customers were waiting for over 20 minutes for their orders, some as simple as just a lemonade. New staff that is completely under trained.

Not sure what is wrong with this location. Maybe the owner refuses to pay enough to keep workers but they’re always understaffed. Wait times are absurd and the quality is hit or miss. Unfortunately it’s the only on in the area so I’m sure the owner still makes enough money to refuse to change their business practices.

Incredibly slow drive thru. They advertise on their Hudsonville biggby location Facebook page that they do bogo on Wednesdays but they don’t.

This specific Biggby in Hudsonville is a mediocre franchise location. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's bad. There's almost always a line and a wait to get your order with coin flip quality results. I've gotten an order wrong here on occasion, had something cold or not heated through properly a time or two.
If you want a coffee and don't want to leave your car, it's the only game in town. So stay in your car, flip a coin, and pray it's heads.

Terrible time management from the baristas. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes when there were only 2 cars in front of me and no customers inside. Got to the window and the lady told me she was going to go grab my 2 drinks, then she proceeds to go make them. Waited an additional 7ish minutes to make them only for one to be the wrong size.

Drive through takes an absurd amount of time, I’d recommend going to the Biggby by the highway instead. The workers there are faster, more reliable, and you can get there and back before you’ve placed an order at this Biggby

When our crew of 13 walked in for a pick-me-up on the way to Chicago, the crew at this Biggby did not flinch. They matched our energy and took great care of us! The Barista said ours was their largest ticket and they pulled it off with style and grace!

I order from them through Door Dash regularly and unfortunately in the past 6 orders 4 or 5 of them have been wrong or missing an ingredient, overall probability 10-12 incorrect orders out of 20 or so. I'm giving it 2 stars because their coffee and food is actually really good, but the people who work there obviously don't know how to read/take an order. Today my driver from door dash informed me that originally they were given the wrong order and had to go back and was told they hadn't even started my order yet, when I finally received it the coffee was STILL the incorrect flavor. Once, they forgot to include my breakfast sandwich in a DD order and I had to drive up there (which defeated the purpose of using door dash). They did give me a free breakfast sandwich for next time or a refund, but when I got the one home they forgot to put in my DD order, it was missing an ingredient I paid extra for anyways and was cold by then. Suffice to say this is the last straw for me....
