Friendly staff and fast service. Couple that with decent prices and it's a win. It was slow when I went this evening. Not alot of flavors for their frozen drinks but i like the ones that they have. Oh, and if the staff is reading this: Team Android until September 😀

So today is February 1st I doordash full Time and this is the first time I've ever decided to get something from Biggby while delivering here. the Baristas at this location today recommended getting a strawberry mocktail . it was actually pretty good thank you for the suggestion for my first time getting something since I'm not a coffee drinker.

This location is close to where I currently leave, but it doesn't have a drive-thru. There is plenty of parking and baristas are inviting. Plenty of space to sit and has a good menu.

We go weekly to the same Biggby location. Before we get through the door, our barrista has my soy milk warming. Dan and Sydney welcome us and ask about our day. The drinks are always spot on!!

Stopped at this location for the first time and they didn’t have 24oz cups or whipped cream. I had got my kid a strawberry macha w sprinkles and didn’t get the sprinkles. I asked for extra flavoring on my iced coffee and didn’t get that either 😅 nice staff though..

The absolute slowest coffee shop I have ever been to in my life.
Riddle me this. How does it take 25 minutes to make 3drinks? 2 cars pulled off in the line it took so long, and there was not a single person in the lobby. It wasn’t even a rush hour either 😂
you would think being the slowest known bigby in Grand Rapids and probably west Michigan, that you’d get some capable employees in there by now. Smh.

Went there to get a hot Caramel Apple Cider. Gray was my server and service like that has not been seen by me in years. Your the best Gray, you made my day.
