My first Biggby visit. Brand new location on Sunnyside Road in Lawrence/Oaklandon area. There is a drive thru at this location.
My family enjoyed their bagels, donuts holes and coffee drinks. Muffins, pastries, bagged coffee and tea are also on the menu.
Service was slow, however it is a brand new location and everyone is still learning the ropes. I am hopeful that the service will speed up.

Great service for a brand new coffee shop. My iced Matcha was perfect. Not too much ice, didn't feel like I was getting a full cup of ice with a bit of tea. Nice balance.
The tables and chairs outside will be lovely in warmer weather. 😊

It's been so wonderful having a drive thru local coffee spot. We have some good ones to lounge in that I enjoy a lot (Groovy Cat, Brickhouse, and MOTW) but when I saw the cleaners close I said MAN, I'd love a Starbucks there (for convenience.) I've grown less and less fond of sbux and was so thrilled to see Biggby go in. I've tried it before on 96th and love the options. I've enjoyed every drink I've tried but have SO many more to go. My daughter and husband loved their bagel sandwich/bagel, respectively. And my drive thru service was super quick at 7am. Definitely will be a regular and I'm so glad they're here.

If I could give no stars I would.
I was in on a Saturday afternoon a couple weeks ago and waited 45 mins for a coffee I never got. When I asked for a refund they couldn’t get it to work but *promised* that they’d balance the register at the end of the day and I’d get my refund then but it never actually happened. So not only did I not get my coffee they also still charged me. Safe to say I won’t be back.
