I've been here 50 times over the years. Last week I placed the same order I've placed for weeks. 20 oz coffee cream and sugar, 20 oz frozen caramel latte , and a blueberry muffin. I had to repeat the order 3 times and not because she couldn't hear me. I pull up , pay my bill and she handed me the muffin and the latte. I asked about the coffee , she got really rude and stated I repeated your order back , I then stopped her and stated and yes I told you 3 times what I wanted. She shut the window , came back and asked what was the order item. I told her , she rolled her eyes , then another worker came ask me again what I wanted , billed me and gave me the simple coffee cream sugar. ALL TO DO ABOUT NOTHING.
If she would of maintain her professionalism , just said oh , I didn't hear that and made the coffee , I would of just been off , no big deal. This biggby , has gotten slower and slower and I don't mine that. I don't mine the order being incorrect, but I do mine the rudeness....

The manager there is highly disrespectful. ( Caucasian, tattoos on arm ) I ordered a very simple order & she still made my coffee wrong. The manager & her little workers were talking about me behind my back while the drive thru window was closed. That was very unprofessional & It made me feel uncomfortable so I just drove off. I can’t give my hard earned money to a business like that. Learn some respect. She stated that they were just discussing my order. I believe they were discussing my order in a negative way because I got strange looks when they opened the window. I would love to get in contact with a person that’s higher than her because that’s not ok & her behavior is beyond disgusting

I'm honestly surprised this isn't more popular than Starbucks at this point, the coffee is equally as good if not better, and then the food is just amazing especially their bragels. I definitely recommend this as an early morning breakfast. The picture attached is their seasonal peppermint mocha drink, and picture like presentation as always with the taste to top it off making this my first choice coffee chain

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the lady at the drive through rolled her eyes when I added to my order. Gave me an extra drink that wasn’t ordered and didn’t provide me a receipt. Tried calling back and was forwarded to their voicemail. I love BIGGBY but this was ridiculous.

We went there this morning. The coffee is extremely good. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. They have breakfast, like a small coffee shoppe would. The huge plus is they have a menu for kids drinks. Good for the whole family!!

Staff is very nice, they always have a smile. We come there once a week for coffee but mostly what brings us back is the pup cup! Our Merida loves going to get one. You pay $1 for it but comes in a good size cup and a small bone added to it. She brings it home to share with the other dogs. The staff are great with her too!

The food and drinks are great, but the drive thru is very inefficient. It takes an average of 15-18 minutes from the time you pull in until you get your food.
