Great experience at this location. I went to pick up my reward for my birthday and brought some coffee also. The donuts and coffee was fresh and served hot. Customer service was wonderful. The place was clean and all staff was working accordingly serving every customer that placed an order.

The best donuts in the world. This location is always busy but worth the wait. Staff works hard to provide great customer service, even making sure my fur baby got a "pup cup" treat. Only disappointment was I ordered online giving 3 hours notice and order wasn't ready when I arrived. However the employee did apologize for the delay so all is well ❤️‍🩹.

What a nice experience we had today!! We drove from MTP to get donuts at this location and we will do this from now on! Worth the drive! Keyon and his staff are so friendly and welcoming & they were fully stocked with fresh warm donuts! We appreciate their hard work at this location!

Just drove an hour and 20 minutes to get a dozen valentines donuts. Got there at 4:45 and was told they would have fresh donuts at 5 o'clock. At 5:05 was informed that they will no longer have Valentine's Day donuts today, that I would have to come back tomorrow morning.Just drove an hour and 20 minutes to get a dozen valentines donuts. See my other review on the Krispy Kreme in Charleston, on Savannah highway. Everything I said about that place, this one is the exact opposite and a great place to go. The selection is immense, the customer service is superb, the location is excellent, and they make you feel welcomed and are always very cheerful. I love this Krispy Kreme, I wish the other one were even 1/8 as clean or professional.

I've always told my kids the Krispy Kreme was much better in the south. We have some up here in Washington state and they're not nearly as good. Having taken my kids on this trip to Krispy Kreme in South Carolina, they both agree they are better in the south.

In store service was a little slow. One lady took my order and got the donuts ready for checkout. The lady at the register didn't see the box and redid my order... Although, the donuts were yummy!

You get a free dozen regular donuts on your birthday for signing up. I went to pick mine up, and it didn't take long to go through the drive thru. The young lady who took my order and was at the window was friendly, and best of all, the donuts were hot and fresh.

This was my first visit to this location and it left me with a HORRIBLE first impression! I was ordering 2 dozen of mixed and 2 dozen of glazed. They only had ONE dozen of glazed and had not even STARTED making more. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon ( they are open until 10 pm with drive thru until 11 pm) Then I tried to order an iced mocca caramel latte and was told that they didn't have ANY ICED latte's but that I could get it FROZEN????!!!! I am pretty sure that there is NO level of "desperation" that would get me back to THAT location!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Love the donuts, but they are getting expensive. May have to start making my own. Reps are not friendly at all. It may cost extra to get them to say hello.
