Okay so I don't want to hate on my favorite bigby, I go here and get the same thing with my boyfriend allllll the time. I have to give it 4 stars though because we ordered food a couple times and everytime we got our bagels back they were soggy and gross. I mean you're questioning if it's cooked right soggy.
But the drinks are fantastic and the staff is super fantastic. We don't confront workers for their mistakes we just move on so we've never complained or anything, I'm sure they would've fixed it somehow. It's a good place, go here anyways. Maybe just avoid the bagel/bagel sandwiches 😅

Bigby is my favorite coffee place so I was so happy when one opened in Lapeer! Amazing staff and such nice customer service. Every worker I’ve met has been so sweet and kind. New favorite location!! ❤️

Loved it the first week they opened! The vibe in there was great, people were nice, food/drink was awesome. However it's only been a couple of weeks since they have been open and a couple of times recently when I went in the music has been a tad on the loud side where I can't hear what the girl at the register is saying. I did ask them to turn it down the one day I went in but yesterday (5/11) the music was way up again. That is fine for when they are there by themselves and opening or closing, but when you have customers in the store and they can barely hear the workers over the music, maybe you should turn it down. It's fine if that's the vibe they are going for but it's a coffee shop, not a concert venue. I think the one day the boss was there typing away on her computer. The service had been great but most people don't want to hear loud music in a coffee shop.

Meh! The coffee and food is ok and the staff is good but they really need to speed up service. Sitting in a drive thru or waiting inside for more than 20mins is so unexceptional. Get it together already.

I asked the girl for a large frozen mocha caramel cold brew with no sweet foam extra drizzle and a shot of espresso. One, the lady at the register rang my drink up wrong. Two, they fixed it and still made it wrong again because they put sweet foam on it. Three, The lady behind me got her two drinks first because they were already making them before I even got mine because she worked there. Got my drink after their third attempt and it was still incorrect because I didn't get the extra drizzle but at that point who cares. They also made a $5 tip because of course I tipped them while paying with my card.

I come in mostly around 5:45am and the staff is always so nice the drinks are great and I leave with a smile! The girls cinversate with me its a great way to start your day befor working at a nursing home!!! Keep up the great work girls !!!
