BIGGBY COFFEE

Just went thru the drive thru and they got both drinks wrong. To top it off they put whipped cream on one of them and then scooped it off and gave it to us. It looks chunky. I called and they offered to replace but we already sent 29 minutes in the line and didn’t have time. No apology at all!!! We will not be going back to this location.

every time i try to come here and catch a quick line even two customers takes 40 minutes +
every time. like what could they possibly be doing that takes that long to make a drink kind you i have a coupon for a free coffee
nothing crazy that takes even 5 minutes.
this staff is not good what so ever and this location deserves to be shut down

The coffee was good but they got our order wrong. Never had two shots of espresso added to my black coffee before. Won't be doing that again. The service was slow but to be fair, I think half the staff was in training. As we were waking in, some staff was leaving at what appeared to be shift change. The lobby was very unkempt with all tables needing wiped and floor swept. The restroom was also our of paper towel and had no other hand dryer. I suspect it was just bad timing and we caught them at their worst.

I am the only Walk in customer.4 employees at the counter. 1 taking drive through orders, 1 stocking, 2 chatting. 3 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Not typical of other Biggby locations.
I am a daily customer that will not stop here again.

Went there for the first time in a long time having a rough morning and the girl who took my order was so sweet and even gave me a free drink! Definitely made my morning :) also try their blasts and mocktails they are super yummy

There is a girl that works there her name is Gabby and she really knows her drinks
She always makes mine perfect!!! And is very customer oriented.
You need to hire more people like her.

The prices keep going up. A 24oz coffee is $7-$8 but they run boho sales all the time. I wish they would just lower their price and have less "deals". I like the products but will only buy when they run a decent sale. Not worth full price for sure.

First off, I would like to say there is one absolutely amazing staff member here. I wish I knew her name! Other than that, this Biggby is terrible! Today I went inside to avoid waiting in a long line. I had to wait for about 15 min to then receive a VERY cold sausage bagel. I mean like refrigerator cold. As I was waiting I was combating A LOT of knatts, which is mostly alarming because it’s the middle of winter. This was not my first awful experience here. I have been givin the wrong drink multiple times after waiting for very long time, and the weirdest thing is I get turkey havarti bagels at other Biggbys very often, but this Biggbys turkey tastes disgusting! I have no clue why. I have tried multiple times over the months thinking maybe it would change, but it’s gross. Not sure if they aren’t cleaning something or if for some reason ONLY this Biggby uses different turkey but it’s not the same as ANY other Biggby. After seeing all the fly’s today I’m a bit concerned the “off” taste has to do with the cleanliness of this place. Yikes!

This location is so slow.. sat at the mic for 10 mins waiting for them to take our order finally gave up and left .. seriously biggby train your employees

Cheaper than Starbucks, and a little less pretentious. Love Biggby, and absolutely love their drinks. The baristas are always super-friendly and helpful, and I've never had one be in a bad mood.
