Friendly service. They are always willing to make my special order drinks and do it with a creative flair.

The baristas are nice... But look; my wife and I each get one drink and you can't get either of them right.

My drink, which I get daily, has a 50% success rate of being right. The only thing I ask for that seems "special" is a strawless lid. Idk, maybe y'all enjoy killing the environment? Stop giving people straw lids as a default when strawless lids exist. Your plastic straws are bad and you should feel bad.

My wife's drink is right about 10% of the time. She or I will ask for a kickin' raspberry mocktail. We get a strawberry mocktail about 90% of the time. I don't understand the confusion.

Why is it so difficult to get two drinks right?

Don't come here planning to study. Very loud staff. Not comfortable sitting area. Good drinks. Drive through more recommended.

I don’t understand why they took away the self serve coffee station I had to wait 15 minutes for a black coffee! A black coffee!! If anything the cashier should have turned around poured it and handed it to me. They need to figure it out because this was absolutely insane!

Had the best complimentary Caramel Expresso/Latte on my birthday! Hoping to try it again, not sure of the recipe. Excellent service that morning in August 2022.

Waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, on 09/17/2022, at 11:00 AM. I would have left but you can’t turn out due to the landscaping. Got to the window and the employee had the worse attitude (Olivia) and they made my order (simple) wrong TWICE.

I enjoy getting an iced tea here. Not a fan of the hot tea here though.

Been here plenty of times and have had pretty good service, nothing exceptionally great, but also nothing terrible, except today. I walked in and everyone behind the counter looked very busy (probly from drive thru, cause there was only 2 other people in there). I stood by the counter to wait and made eye contact with the same person a couple of times, but nobody says anything to me (no, "hi, we'll be right with you" or similar). I waited a moment or 2 and nothing. I had to use the restroom, so I went there and considered leaving and going elsewhere, but decided not to. Went back to the counter and waited. I made eye contact with the same person and nothing. I was about to walk out when I think I heard another person say, very quietly, "hi, we'll be right with you."...the fact that this person is said something to me is the only reason I did not walk out. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great....you may want to reconsider going on a Wednesday afternoon...

The best Biggby location I've been to. I usually pass by this one, but decided to stop in today. It seemed like a mix of workers were in- manager, new hires and employees. All were kind, attentive, appreciative and just made the atmosphere one where I felt welcome. THANK YOU. Your space is a vibe.
