This place is literally the best!! This morning my card wasn’t working and they were so considerate and so willing to help!! There customer service is incredible! I’ve never had someone so willing to help me with something like that!! It was a true act of kindness!!

The staff is always friendly even when I come through the drive thru at 6:30am before work. Always a wonderful pick me up before a 12 hour shift at the hospital.

Extremely slow drive thru - at one point I thought the speaker was broken because no one said anything for so long. Then when I got to window they asked me if I wanted to add a tip on my card and I said no and they were rude the rest of the time until I left. I used to work at biggby not too long ago and I know you don't rely on tips to get paid like waitresses so the fact that they felt entitled to one its ridiculous. Sad part is I usually do tip but the service was so bad I didnt - guess that was the right decision.

The baristas are great! Always a big smile to greet me with, and never miss a chance to make my day better! Even when they're busy, they've never once gotten my order wrong. I go here almost daily and will continue to do so. My only complaint is the man who I think is manager or something. Hes short, rude, and always seems just so unhappy. I've only seen him maybe twice. But each time, it was an unpleasant experience.

We love Biggby. We go at least 3-4 times a week. This location we've tried and give it the benefit of the doubt more than a handful of times. However we keep getting BAD service and BAD coffee/food. We've been told they're out of eggs, bagels, iced coffee; more than once and all before 2pm. Today we ordered two 24oz mocha iced coffees with 2 shots of espresso in each. Got to the window and recieved one coffee that was so overfilled it made a mess when handed to me. And they forgot about the other coffee. So I ended up with 3 drinks (1 24oz and 2 20oz) that are over creamed and no extra shots in any. So sad because this is great place location wise, but such bad experiences everytime.

Excessively slow in the morning, also wish they would update their drive thru board to show their seasonal options. If you aren’t a regular you don’t know what’s available other than the standard year round menu. Coffee is pretty decent.

First and likely last time I'll visit here. One coffee (smallest size),1 hot cocoa and 2 donuts was just short of $15. To some that's not a lot to me that's way way way overpriced. I only went because i received a gift card at Christmas. Its coffee not liquid gold. To each their own,I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere

Drive thru is WAYY to slow, you sit in line for 10 to 15 minutes. They need more people or the person at the cashier window needs to be helping. They also NEVER give you your coffee with a sleeve unless it's requested.

Sadly the owner (Josh) of this Biggby coffee is incompetent and likes to waste customers valueable time. The employees are not allowed to turn off the neon Open sign. It stays on 24 hours a day. Frustrating !
