BIGGBY COFFEE

I always get the Turkey havarti bagel. I’m not a huge fan of their drinks but that’s more of my preference and nothing to do with their quality. Always have good service 😊 the kids love their caramel Magic milk with sprinkles and sweet foam

Line was backed up to the road...but steadily moved! Not a horrible wait! Bagel sandwich was great! Frozen black forest w/ extra blackberry & extra shot was on point! Thank you for a great start to this cold sunny December morning!

Sometimes may be a little wait but they are always so nice and orders are Always Correct! Be sure to look at online menu, there are so many more options than just their board...better yet use the app and then get it scanned to earn rewards.

So happy to find a good coffee place in the Midwest. Wife and I had been missing Dutch Bros since we left the west coast. Make sure to check out the whole drink menu online, it's much more than what's on the board.

First, I’d like to say I completely understand preclosing at any restaurant or coffee shops and that everyone’s ready to get home but this biggby preclosed to the point of being closed. My boyfriend and I work third shift 7 nights a week for 12 hours and went here before they closed and it was 4 minutes before they should have shut down everything. We were going to get coffee for ourselves and a few work buddies as well, so given that the coffee is about $8 a cup that’s around $50 that they forfeited the company by not being able to make anything but REGULAR ICED COFFEE AND NOTHING COULD HAVE ESPRESSO. The amount of laziness and carelessness these employees showed for being on the clock and “working” was absolutely PATHETIC!

I've been to a lot of Biggby but this location is the best. I would drive out of my way to go to this location. They have the most consistency with making their drinks well and have maintained that through staff changes over the past few years. Always friendly staff.

We've been going to this Biggby for a year now, almost always through drive thru. My wife went in this time and regrets it. No warm greetings, just harsh, aggressive treatment, even yelling at customers. It's only a couple minutes away but we won't be going there again. We wrote to the Biggby customer feedback and they just mischaracterize and downplay what we wrote them. They apologize for you feeling the way you do and not for the way their baristas treat customers!

Really great service here and they make the drinks soooo good, much better than the other one in jenison! They are short on staff, but that doesn't stop then from being amazing, they deserve respect, kindness and patience
