Good coffee! Drive thru has been quite slow of late.

The employees work hard and try to be fast but I feel like they are always understaffed. They can only do so much when there are not enough employees. Always waiting quite long for coffee. The employees are always in a good mood and have great customer service.

One of my favorite locations. I don't visit often as we got rid of sugar and artificial chemicals from our diet so they don't really have much to offer us anymore. Hoping eventually they will have heavy cream and some syrups sweetened with stevia rather than chemicals.

this is concerning the Jenison location's drive thru. Terrible long wait! only 3 cars in front of me and it took almoat 30mins from when i got there and finally had my beverage in hand! I had to wait at both the ordering intercom and the window for long periods of time. This was my experience on 9/18/18 at 1:30pm. Not impressed.

Amazing tasting coffee and the most friendly people and best customer service you’ll ever get. Definitely recommend this place!

The workers at this location are always so friendly that they make you want to make seeing them part of each day & enjoying the moment doesnt hurt that the drinks ordered are delicious

Coffee shop is well-located with friendly baristas and fresh-tasting coffee. Unfortunately, service (taking of orders) indoors has been slow; drive-through seems to be prioritized over indoors. And we wish Biggby in general would carry an unsweetened (no sugar added) plant-based milk; currently it does not.

Good coffee, the lattes and blended drinks are pretty sweet but I like them with half-syrup. The staff is nice and the drive thru is convenient. They are on the pricy side for coffee but they have good mail coupons and good deals on iced coffee.

Super sweet barista's, and great coffee make the perfect way to start your morning off right.
