My family and I stopped here just a few minutes ago, before heading home (as we were here visiting from Orlando for Thanksgiving). We stopped to get some OJ and a few donuts, we waited in the LONG line patiently, when my husband got to the order screen there were vehicles in front of him still, so he was just stopped there, no one in that time greeted him or asked him to politely wait, so when the cars moved, without thinking about it, he pulled forward. As soon as we pulled forward someome came on the speaker and helped the person behind us. When we got to the window my husband told the lady that he accidentally pulled forward if she could take his order and she told him he would have to go all the way around, get back in line because they were busy, and she could not take the order at the window. She said it would hold up her line (even though we had to wait a LONG time anyway to get to the ordering screen and then to the window). My husband said he just wanted a couple of orange juices and she told him she could not help him. She said she was already busy and she could not take his order at the window. I wonder if this is common at this place. Is this a corporate KK rule or just this KK's rule at the discretion of the manager or service personnel? I just don't understand why would we want to make the long line all over again for Krispy Kreme for orange juice and a couple of donuts??? There's McDonald's who sells OJ, there's Starbucks, there's Dunkin šŸ©, just to name a few.. She refused him service at the window- which we have NEVER experienced in our entire lives. Maybe she was overwhelmed, maybe she just didn't want to be inconvenienced, even though, us having to wait in a long line was already an inconvenience to begin with, not being addressed at all, not even to tell us they would be right with us, was already an inconvenience. She could've taken our order and asked us to pull over AS ALL FAST FOOD places with drive thrus have done in the past. How can a fast food place be ok with giving you slow service because they're busy, not apologizing for your wait, but feeling like they don't have to go out of their way to serve you because you made the mistake of passing their ordering screen? Who does that? I told my husband to just go because he was actually already in a lot of pain from spraining his ankle the day before and we were just trying to have some bf before stopping at an urgent care to then head home. He had a lot on his mind to then be treated with the poorest customer service ever. We visit Tallahassee alot because my in laws live here, I will be sure to tell all my family and friends to avoid this Krispy Kreme at all cost. My husband is a KK fan, it's the only reason why I go. I think after this experience he may never come back, as customer service is super important to him. How you treat people... matters. If it weren't for the lovers of Krispy Kreme - it wouldn't be in business and the people who work there - wouldn't have a job. Maybe better training is in order. Seriously, just a few OJ's and some donuts, she could've taken that order, we weren't skipping in line, we made the line, like everyone else. Maybe you can hire more people who are as compassionate to the people they serve as the people they "serve" or "don't serve" are to them when they aren't managing their time or workload efficiently, and they are making us wait forever and a day to get our orders in.
Avoid this place, go to another one IF you MUST go to Krispy K. Go to the one down the road or something, not here, they have bad representation.

My goodness they were sweeties when we came here and so nice and friendly! We had a new hire helping is and he had the best attitude ever. Yes he messed up our drinks but he made them again and we all were laughing the whole time.

Checked in on the website to see if they were open 24/7, with delivery available. But, unfortunately are not, 7:00 a.m., is the posted time for delivery (I think).
Suggestion šŸ˜Š Please offer delivery for consumers at all hours, as this would offer what no other like business offers, no marketing needed, Word of mouth (W.O.M.) Advertising works for the Big Bend Area.

Krispy Kreme is a whole retro vibe with the seating, lighting, ambiance, and set up of the place.

The servers are considerate and helpful, friendly throughout our experiences here.

The donuts themselves are very good and there's a wide range of variety to choose from.

Definitely recommend a visit.

The doughnuts are good but the service here needs some improvements. I was actually charged not only for my purchase but also for part of the car behind me, they're purchase! I had to drive back over there for a refund and the woman who served me originally (and made the mistake) took care of the refund but didn't even bother to apologize to me or say anything at all. And she was the Manager!! I found the whole experience disappointing. The Krispy Kreme on Monroe Street has much better service in my opinion!

My husband: Can I get a dozen glazed donuts?
Her: 9.99, second window.
Took my husbands card, gave us the donuts and card back and slammed the window. Hereā€™s some free advice KK, customer service is important in a business. DO BETTER.

I've lived in FL since 1976 and never had a Krispy cream donut. Not a big donut person but, I'd go back again. The staff was very friendly.

I go in the mornings on my way to work and it is very slow if you go inside. The cashier also has to make the drinks which can take some time. It would be much better if they had a dedicated person for the front to make drinks.

They are supposed to be open 24 hours. We walked in at 11pm & they told us they were closed, so we said that we thought they were open 24 hours, & they told us that was the drive thru only. So we drive thru the drive thru & after waiting in silence for a couple minutes we say ā€œhello?ā€ & the same lady tells us ā€œWeā€™re doing our end of the night shift change, itā€™ll be 15-20 minsā€ & would not take our order. As weā€™re driving away, another car drives thru & gets their order taken immediately. Petty employees.

Disappointed couldn't go in to smell the fresh hot doughnuts. With this plandemic going on to separate everyone and to stir up strife people put their trust in a man's mask instead of man's creator. So we can't go in, but the doughnuts were very tasty. Line did move quickly
