Krispy Kreme

I am still disappointed over the last several years once in a quarter I may stop in to this location in Tallahassee Florida. The hot light is on but the donuts are not hot. Four stops a year donuts are hot only one time. They still don't have almond milk on the menu. In the year 2021 an establishment that sells coffee and espresso:-( What's up with that! I don't know--Hot light means donuts are hot, at least that's what I thought:-(

***I hope for the best; I hope for almond milk, and I hope for hot donuts when the hot light is rarely on; at least they can be hot when it is!

Terrible service!!! When I drove in the HOT light was on! Stood waiting on one of the 5 employees to wait on me! There was no one else in the entire store!!
The server at the drive through even looked at me! She was standing waiting on the drive through to get someone.
When I finally got waited on after around 7-10 minutes, I was told there were no more hot.
Gave up and walked out!

I came from upstate New York, so it was my first time ever getting a Krispy Kreme donut, let alone walking into the shop and seeing the conveyor belt of donuts. The staff laughed, and I asked them to give me a minute. Just got a dozen for my coworkers, (2 of them for me), half plain glazed and warm fresh off the belt. It was an experience. It was amazing. I got my order very quickly and everybody was very friendly.

So went into this location to purchase coupons for my daughter’s fundraiser. The front end crew working the counter was absolutely amazing and helpful to the best of their ability. One of the crew members went to follow up with the Manager on the question of interest and The Management yells loudly from behind the machine in a very annoyed tone he’s busy. They just going to have to wait. After telling the young man who was trying to assist to disregard the manager doesn’t attempt to apologize but sends/ allow a sales rep to come outside to question the situation.

Speedy service at this location. As always the donuts were delicious and HOT!!

It never fails! I ask for sprinkles because my kids love sprinkles and this is the second time I left sprinkleless. Anyone who knows me, knows that at a drive through I am very proper and speak very clear because I want to be sure they heard me correctly. This is unacceptable... now I can't get through on the phone. My babies are disappointed.

Finagled a senior discount.. yeah!
Clarity at drive through would be nice and I don't think it was squawk box or my aged hearing. Donuts were great.

They may be short staffed but the staff that was there today was so friendly and helpful! He went out of his way to get some product that they haven’t had a chance to put out yet and even swapped a few out for me after I noticed a different flavor. I’ve been visiting this location for over 4 years and will continue to use it as long as I’m in Tallahassee!

Alexis was rude to order and never put our order down in the system. So i had to place my order twice let alone sent someone else to take care of our order by himself making the expierience longer than it needed to be. She definately needs a reprimanded. On top of it not being busy they got our order wrong.

The donuts are great, love them all! Unfortunately, I've not had a good experience with customer service at the drive through, my main medium for getting donuts here. When I get to the speaker, she starts with "What do you want?". I get no greeting, and when I'm given my order, she just tosses the food into my hand without a "goodbye" or a "thanks for coming". I felt bad giving two stars the first time this happened, but I'm on my third run through like this and I'd like to see a change.
