Drive thru was quick and easy.

Thank you Ms. Gwen, I left work on a 30 min break, trying to get those hot now donuts. Missed it by a few min. After I told her how far I came from my job, MS. Gwen was very nice and let me have the $5 special that I went far. I appreciate business that look out for there customers. I made it back to work before my break was over. Shared with my co workers and they were happy and thankful too. Good looking out Krispy Kreme!!!#

Employees were friendly and helpful but unfortunately donuts were not fresh if you charge 12 dollars for a dozen please make sure they're fresh

Wish I could leave 0 stars. We went for the Choctoberfest deal, asked if they were participating, staff said yes, we order the donuts, and instead get original glazed. We came back and asked to confirm but were told that the chocolate covered would be another $3. Also, our assorted dozen was not made to order despite the staff repeating the order for the dozen. Do better.

misshapen cinnamon twists. they were just covered in powdered cinnamon. definitely not up to the usual krispy kreme standard. cashier was nice and helpful though!

It says their drive through is open 24 hours that is absolutely not true. Not sure why they’d advertise that if it wasn’t true. Even says hours have been confirmed by their staff 2 weeks ago.

The customer service is great!!! I love watching the team work and the bond these coworkers have. They put a smile on my kids face every time we come in.

Went to Krispy Kreme for a late night donut fix. Drove across town to go to the Magnolia store. The clerk, TJ, greeted me with an awesome up beat attitude. Exceptional service and what a pleasant personality! He really made my night. I left feeling genuine joy having had such a great encounter.
TJ, you are exceptional! I pray your joy and exuberance comes back to you 10 fold in life.
