Krispy Kreme

I generally have decent experiences with Krispy Kreme and don't care to leave complaints with any establishments, but when ordering this morning I had a few issues. The donut order was on point, it was ordering specialty coffees that posed an issue. First when receiving a frozen latte the cup was clearly missing more than a few ounces and was filled with whipped cream to replace. Another woman working inside noticed it as the cup was being passed to me and did come get it to remake without me having to gripe to the first woman who was working the window (drive thru). At that point the second vanilla latte I had ordered reached the window and I was asked to park. Thinking nothing of it I put the hot latte in the drink holder and pulled around to park, but noticed something strange as I did -the top of the cup above the coffee sleeve was cold only to find out there was whipped cream also topped in this drink consuming again a decent portion of what should have been liquid. (When having my drink orders made the lady working the window had asked if I wanted whipped cream on my order, thinking the frozen coffee I replied yes. Clearly we weren't on the same page fully.) When the frozen latte was brought back out to my vehicle the woman who fixed it was so nice. The drink was made properly and I mentioned the confusion with the whipped cream on the hot latte but would keep it anyways -though sadly after leaving and getting home it was discovered that the hot latte was not made properly either. It was not made with steamed milk, espresso and vanilla syrup, but was coffee with maybe a pump of vanilla (? couldnt really tell) and topped with whipped cream. The staff was friendly and all but it is disappointing not getting what I paid for and I didnt have time to go back and have it fixed again.

Why is the 'Hot Now' sign so hypnotic? I try not to look at Krispy Kreme when I'm driving by. Because, if I see that sign lit up, the car automatically pulls in!!

Delicious doughnuts, but the floor was really slippery and my mom almost fell. Also you have to practically kick the women's restroom door to make it close.

How was Krispy Kreme?! Do you really have to ask ! I mean every single person who knows anything at all knows that Krispy Kreme is a synonym for AWESOME! Seriously though the service was excellent and it just doesn't get any better than a hot Krispy Kreme and ice cold chocolate milk. If they had a 100 star option id click it twice

Its been a looong time since ive eaten one of these delicious doughnuts, only bc i moved a long way from them, but tonights hour drive was totally worth the gas and other expense.

Certainly will be returning for more on a weekend basis.
Loved it. And the customer service was amazing.

I have stopped in here twice in the past week. Donuts are hot fresh and melt in your mouth delicious. The staff are helpful. Love the Frozen strawberry lemonade.

Donuts were good and fresh. Disappointed they haven't opened up inside, if nothing else for those that can't go through drive through. Went there 2x last month but we had a tall boat w us.

We got 1 dozen "hot now" donuts- 9 glazed and 3 unglazed. They were awful! They tasted like old grease We threw 10 of 12 into the nearest trash can What has happened to the amazing Krispy Kreme "Hot Now" Donut?!?

The staff was awesome providing us drinks and donuts as we installed 2 new commercial grade water heaters. The kitchen is clean and well maintained.

Best donuts ever! The staff are very nice!
