Pretty great place they have some of the best donuts always! You gotta come when the donut light is turned on outside so that you get the freshest donuts. It’s super cool to be able to watch them make donuts as well.Very kid friendly place and pretty well kept. Only complaint I have is they messed up our order and gave us only half of our donuts but they were willing to fix things real quick for us it just took a little extra time to get things worked out. Definitely recommend this place though!

I kept coming back since they had free donut with vaccinated covid card campaign back month ago. I would stop by this Krispy Kreme to get assorted dozen of donuts whenever i went to Orem city. I ate half of dozens of those freshly hot and glazed mouth- watering donuts in the car.

If you're lucky coming at the moment with "hot donut light" on, you'd get hot fresh donuts or else cold donuts but still taste delicious. I loved original and filled ones but glazed lemon filled donuts stood out. The reason I picked the glazed lemon filled because most glazed donuts were so sweet and little sour taste from lemon would balance out my taste.

Anyway, Krispy Kreme has best hot donuts, melt the sweet in your mouth. The originals and lemon filled are my favorite and little warning to all: so tempting to eat just one.

My kids love donuts no matter what so it was a huge win that they were Halloween themed. However, as you can see in the picture, the donuts are missing some of the extra details my kids were looking forward too…
… for how much you pay you would expect it to be as advertised!

Very delicious doughnuts! When the hot sign in on the doughnuts literally melt in your mouth they are to die for! My husband and I got the Halloween doughnuts and they were just darling!

We decided to go inside to get our donuts. For it being a Sunday afternoon, with lots of employees behind the counter. The line sure moved so slow... probably 20 or so minutes just to order. The employee that helped us gave the couple in front of us complimentary donuts, but when it was finally our turn, he didn't offer, which was weird since we could hear his previous interaction. Well, the donuts are delicious, but what made me upset was the drink I paid so much for, just for it to taste like burnt coffee with a bit of caramel drizzle on it. It looked nothing like the photo. I was honestly just tired of being in line and dealing with the slow employees that I just took a few sips of my drink and threw the rest away ( it was just so bitter)

Not sure how you miss adding a donut to a dozen. Store was out of most of the stuff we ordered, that's understandable when a machine is broken, but then this really soured the overall visit.

Drive through is a nice touch and the donuts are always good. I wish I knew when the hot now light was going to turn on so I could better plan my visits, but that’s just a personal thing. What can I say? I love a hot glazed donut

Just left Krispy Kreme and Victoria helped me and she made my night! She was super friendly and pleasant and asked about my day and we genuinely enjoyed each other’s conversation and company! She definitely deserves brownie points and a bonus!

If you're looking for a better than average, too fluffy, too sweet donut that isn't very creative Krispy Kreme is the place for you. This particular store has very good people who are helpful and friendly and also provide prompt service. That is appreciated. That said, if you'd like to have a really good donut go to a good, small donut store early in the morning.

I cane about 9:30 on a Saturday morning and the line was out the door! The wait time was 45 minutes. The line moved so slow! I liked being able to watch the donuts being made. But, when we finally got up front to order the pumpkin spice donuts were sold out, and apparently they have been out of stock of them for a bit. The ONLY reason I went was for this donuts. It would have been nice if a sign was posted on the door letting people know. There were several people behind me that left upon hearing the pumpkin spice donuts were not available. But, the donuts are fresh and tasty.
