This location takes especially good care of the facility and pride in their product. I once had a donut a little too done and they comped me a dozen hot donuts. I can never eat one. Always 1/2 dozen at a time.

I ordered some donuts the morning of Valentines Day for pickup when I got off work. I ordered them at about 8 o'clock in hopes of getting the Valentine's Dozen. When I showed up to pick them up, not only were they not in the Valentine's Box, but only half of them were the actual Valentine's donuts. I could have gotten the exact box of donuts they gave me for at least $3 cheaper. It was really annoying, but I will remember next year thay just because you order early doesn't mean they will hold on to their more expensive items for you.

Stopped by on my way to work and picked up a dozed glazed doughnuts for my office. The drive through took a lot longer than I was expecting but the doughnuts were worth it since they were fresh and hot!

Ordered holiday donuts for my sons birthday a week in advance. They said they would have them ready for us on Saturday. We drive 30 minutes to get them and they tell us oh we are out. What is the point of ordering ahead and online if you can’t even follow through. Such a waste of time.

On the 85th anniversary I went to this location to take advantage of the buy one get one for $0.85 and the sweepstakes for a year's worth of donuts (cuz sure, why not gain 30 lbs over the next year). I asked the window attendant about the deals, he knew about the $0.85 deal but had no idea about the sweepstakes. I tried to explain where and how I saw it and he checked with his manager who apparently confirmed what I was saying. The window guy told me I was good and that I would qualify. I was flustered by this point and was feeling guilty about holding up the line that I totally forgot about the $0.85 deal and only paid for one dozen. I get to the next window and I'm asking if there's supposed to be a code or something on my receipt to enter the sweepstakes and he said there was no code. So I'm pretty sure I just paid full price for one dozen and didn't take advantage of any of those deals.

Service is slow, quality is a hit and miss, seriously lacking moving with a purpose.
They don't get back to you when you file a ticket about the poor quality.
Got a dozen of their chocolate glazed doughnuts, looked like over cooked days old doughnuts.

I LOVE this place, but the last time I went there I got home to find out I was missing 2 donuts from my dozen. It's a far enough drive that I really didn't want to make the 45 min trip back for 2 donuts. So make sure you check your box before you leave.

It's always a treat here and the employees are always so fantastic and professional. The consumer base, not so much. I am surprised to find so many demanding and rude customers in one place... no concept of lines or personal space. Make sure you visit during slower times to avoid the crowd. When the hot donut sign comes on, all the karens come out of the woodwork... it's a great place to people watch, but the employees surely don't get paid enough to deal with it.
