Drive up worker was incredibly rude and got my order wrong 5 times, dude really told me, I better get to work when he was asked to fix my order. Seriously, I was nice until I he blocked me from seeing what he was doing and handed me the wrong order again. Also putting back the donuts that were already in my car to the shelf. They should throw them away, it's unsanitary

I went into the store to get my doordash orders and this lady was extremely rude and was extremely sarcastic. Absolutely not ok. Corporate will be called and she will be fired if it does not end

Had a phenomenal experience tonight at Krispy Kreme. Aiso was super polite and very energetic while taking care of us!

I just got the two dozen special for doughnut day and the staff were absolute champs! Great attitudes and hard working (regardless of the hell it looked to be working there during a catastrophic time).

Just a heads up though, getting in and out of this Provo location is a living nightmare during busy times. I’d enter and exit on the West side if I were you (the side with the hotels). 🤙

Krispy Kreme donuts are good, but make sure you aren't overcharged. I went in this weekend for their two dozen glazed for $13 deal, and I was charged over $28. They did not charge my card right away, so there was no pending charge notification from my bank, and they didn't give me a receipt - convenient, right? Beware how much they are charging you for their delicious goodness. Demand a receipt every time.

I ordered online and accidentally got there like 10 minutes and waited for only a few minutes before an employee came and gave me my donuts and apologized for the “wait time”

Our whole family loves a quick Krispy Kreme trip. It's fun for the kids to see the donuts getting cooked and there just aren't other donuts out there as light as their glazed donuts. Be warned though that is really hard to eat just one.

Mini donuts seem overpriced but they sure are cute if you really want some egg shaped donuts. We're big fans of the seasonal flavors. Valentine's Day was the best so far with several exclusive flavors. Can't go wrong with a raspberry or original cream filled. Sour cream cake is great and everyone loves watching the conveyor belt of glazing. #magical Bummed they stopped doing free donuts when the "hot" light is on. I think you have to join a club or something to get that? #why
