Donuts are great. Staff not so much. Always have to wait at least 10 min to be helped. It's okay if they're busy, but they literally look over and don't even say anything. They least you could do is say "I'll be right with you". They're also always out of a lot of the special donuts. It's always only this location too.

Donuts are fresh. Love the variety, at least the kids do. 😉

Kids and I have a tradition of going when they get their report cards to reward them for all their A's. Staff is always friendly and hot donuts are usually always cooking. Fun for the family!

Bought 3 pk Kreme filled chocolate icing, very disappointed for the money it cost that I would get a very dry /stale donut. Will not be coming back.

Donuts almost seemed stale or overcooked. And they are now just so over priced

Best donuts and best service. Workers are nice when you’re in the drive-through and when you’re dining in. If you have kids you should bring them in because then they can watch the donuts get made. Usually we are just hungry and use the drive-through and we get our donuts in a timely matter.

Donuts were good but I have a gift card that I’ve tried to use twice and both times there system was down and I had to pay by card. Annoying for the customer when they come to use their gift card and are forced to pay cash

Been coming here for years at it's been great every time. The best donuts are fresh right off the machine and when they are being made, you can watch them through this awesome window and see every step of the process--it's great for kids! Sometimes the parking is difficult when there are a lot of people in the drive through but if you time your visit right, it's well worth it.

Great donuts here! It is always hard to beat their donuts, especially when they're fresh and ask warm. We grabbed some holiday donuts they were good, but I still think the originals are best.

Best dang donuts anywhere, any time. Really good service, and honestly it's really hard to beat their classic glazed donut. That donut is so airy and puffy with crispy exterior and a glaze that is perfectly coated. I wish their lobby was open though, pretty much everyone is open as usual now but them.
