Caribou Coffee

I’ve been a Panera gal for a while to sit and get some work done, but I’m a convert. This place has great food and a better value. Definitely my new go-to spot!

They can NEVER get your order right. EVER. I love einsteins from back west. For some reason this one is just awful. I ask toasted with butter and get plain untoasted with nothing on them. Way to go geniuses. Glad to see Darwin failed.

They need to step up their drive thru. Slowest drivethru I have been through. Only moved up two spots in over 10 minutes, should not take over a half hour to get food.

In and out fast with my favorite coffee!

Great coffee. The manager or owner not really sure is very friendly and kind. Nice to have a conversation with and walks around the room to check on his customers. Will be back next time in town.

Sad turn of events, the sandwiches are now "premade" not fresh, refused to toast my bagel, "adjust" the amount of cream cheese, all new staff and very disorganized......, Don't blow it guys

Expect 20-30mins in drive thru regardless of time of day due to extreme inefficiency and constant incorrect orders. This is repeatable and a consistent over 2 years now

Got some breakfast to go and they left the ham off of my daughter's bagel sandwich. Of course we didn't know this until we got home. I gave her some of the soggy bacon from my sandwich. Also got a pumpkin bagel, which was dry and not very flavorful.

Waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes and couldn't get out because there is no place to allow that, messed my drink up 3 different times and never left with the right product. Needs to get it together.

Slow service and order is incorrect more often than not. Got a side of potato salad and the small container was only half full. Whenever I come back to this place to give it a second chance, I’m always disappointed!
