This place is great! The drinks are delicious and are just the right blend of flavors. Best part is the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager. She is one of the nicest, most beautifully outgoing people you will find and they are lucky to have her. We stop here many times a week. Rewards program is well worth signing up for. So glad they are here in WDM.

The BEST jumpstart to my day!!! Sometimes I need to switch it up from a typical coffee order and this place has the most refreshing and tasty alternatives. Plus, I don’t feel as heavy from all the dairy that would come in a latte! They have the most delightful combinations of flavors that I wouldn’t ever imagine putting together, but they👏WORK👏 Half of the time, my drink is gone before I even leave the parking lot💙💛❤️ 10/10, 5 Stars, an EGOT, give them ALL the awards.

I absolutely love this place! Not only do they have some of the best drinks in town, they also have the best staff! Everyone working there is always so kind and excited to serve you. 10/10 recommend!

Every time I have made my way to the West Des Moines Hyper, I have been greeted with incredible customer service. Ellie is always there with a smile and Cael makes me laugh all the way home! The caffeine is great and the company is even better :)

Since the opening of this location near my home, my husband or I visit nearly every day. Not simply because every “surprise” drink I have tried has simply delicious but because everyone who works there is a bright smile and very enjoyable. To put it simply, AMAZING drinks and even better staff!

Love this place! Had a great latte made by Kevin today, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was right. He made me my coffee and then helped me change my flat tire in the parking lot. Outstanding service! Five stars.

Yummy drinks. Can get without caffeine as well. Their muffin top desserts are really tasty too.

I went through the hyper drive through and usually I look forward to going to hyper every day as all of the employees are usually kind and the drinks are yummy. But the store manager Sammy was indescribably rude when I asked for my drink (that I get every day) to be re made. I am furious. She should be fired immediately, and if I owned a small business like this I would be disgusted. I will not be going back to this hyper.

Just went for our first time. We got the pink power and solar strawberry and a crème brûlée muffin top. Everything was great- definitely going back!

My daughter loves this place so I thought I'd try it out. I asked the energista, Cece to make me a surprise drink and it was so good! She provided me with great service and was willing to help me out with the menu - will be stopping by again soon!
